Richard was super knowledgeable about every aspect of AC maintenance and system intricate workings and specifications. He had all the answers to my questions and concerns. He did a superb job! In line for a raise in my opinion.!

Arrived on time, very professional and courteous with Covid safety precautions in place. Very honest and not just telling what was going on with Austen but showed me numbers and explained what was happening with my system and how to upkeep and help keep my system cooling and lasting longer. Definitely recommend. Not in any way pushy to upswell something, very informative and patient when asking questions.

After researching the Mitsubishi Mini spit unit. we found that Ikes. was a reputable dealer, that not only could install professionally in our sunroom but also be available for service.
Jon who is Ikes tech, an expert on the mini spit, has been with us this past 3 years from installation to service.
We are very satisfied with the quality ,expertise not to mention their prompt response to service appointments.

We truly enjoyed having Richard as our technician today. He explained all the work in great detail and was so helpful…..Give this guy a raise as he is an exemplary person representing this company. A job well done

We received service on 5/20/2020. The young man was very polite and professional. The problem was located and explained well. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He made sure that we knew how to care for our unit. Ike’s has been our go to for over 30 years.

Richard has been very helpful with a problem regarding our Daiken mini split ductless system. I had had a hard time finding someone to help, but now I will be calling Richard at Ike’s for a system check every year!

Our AC valve was leaking refrigerant and my system stopped cooling. Richard checked everything out for me in a timely manner and as soon as the part was available Brandon and John got everything taken care of. Extremely happy to be cool again in this TX heat!!!!

These people left my elderly parents without A/C in the middle of a south Texas summer for almost two weeks. Come to find out from one of their own employees, no less, that the problem was just some switch he had to flip. I can't remember the name of the switch but it literally took the tech like 30 seconds to walk outside and do whatever he did and come back in with the A/C finally running. This was almost two weeks after the problem was reported. They did finally grudgingly furnish my folks with a portable AC which I found out, again from the guy who ended up fixing the AC, that they had these portable A/C's "just sitting around their warehouse." So, either there was a SEVERE lack of communication going on or, probably more likely, nobody felt like rushing to get my Parents; whom were excellent and lifelong customers, AC back on for them.

I have used IKE'S for 13 years and have always been happy with the service. I would like to also thank James "Coop" Cooper for the excellent job he did this past weekend. Coop went over and above to get my A/C unit up and cooling again. Thanks Coop.

ike's has gone above and beyond for me from start to finished. Gerald gave me a call as soon as i finished the online schduling (fastest call back i got out of all the companies i was getting estimates from) came out to give me an estimate and tell me what was the issue with my old unit and gave me finance options . Victor and Henry came the very next day to install the new unit . Giving info on everything they were doing and why. And to top it all when i had a issue they came after hours to check it out and fix it. you can tell that these men take pride in their work. This company didnt make me feel like just another customer but like someone they generally cared to help. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat
