Had a great experience with this company. Heat went out just as we were going into a cold weekend. Matt was extremely helpful, communicative, and able to fix the issue the same day. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

I selected SouthCoast Heat & Air based on their google review rating. After completion of my service repair I am now posting my own review from first hand experience. From the initial contact by phone I was met with warmth and professionalism. The technician assigned to me was knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what he would be doing and also broke down in a very simplistic manner his findings along with recommendations and options available to me. He worked directly with the product warranty company to order the necessary part and I did not have to pay anything out of pocket for the part. The labor price was very reasonable and the service call fee which was lower than 3 other companies I’d called was deducted from the labor cost. Even with ordering the part my unit was up and running quickly and satisfactory! I decided to enter into a annual service plan agreement at my own inquiry. I am hopeful this will be a lasting relationship.

Heating system wasn’t turning on, they already had a 4.9 star rating and plenty of reviews, so I gave them a call. Easy to get a hold of and talk to a real person, which is rare nowadays. They got me in the schedule for the end of the day on short notice then we’re able to come within an hour of calling them if it was going to fit my schedule. Alex Tobey was professional, clean, and personable. He checked out the heater and within 10-15 minutes was able to diagnose the problem. He allowed me to go in the attic with him and explained how the whole system worked, let me watch it turn on so I could see it functioning correctly. Didn’t pressure me into buying or replacing anything but did show me parts of the system to keep an eye on in the future. Within an hour our house went from the same temperature outside to nice and toasty. The company as a whole is solid, reliable, and professional. Will recommend to friends and family and will have them back any time I have any work on HVAC systems.

I was refered to South Coast Heat and AC by Ron Boyd, a friend from a neighborhood Bible Study. He said they were an excellent Christian business, and they are.!!! Ken Toby sent out Joseph Spurbeck to estimate the job. I approved the job on the spot, as the cost was well-explained, and quite reasonable for complete removal and replacement on the A/C and Heating system, insured by State Farm Lloyds.
…Joseph drove me to the bank to give him a check, then kindly drove me home. The three-man crew arrived punctually the next Tuesday, at 11:00 AM, and quickly began the job, led by Carlo Fernandez. They worked like demons and completed the entire job of complete A/C and Heater removal and installation of inside and outside units, as well as a thorough clean-up of the property.!!! I just couldn't believe they finished the entire job by 6:00 PM, with plenty of daylight to spare.!!!!
…At all times all South Coast Air personnel were kind, efficient, courteous, helpful, professional, and certainly went the "extra mile" to answer all my questions, and keep me informed about their progress.!!!!! I offered to take them out to eat afterwards, but they said they were busy, so I gave each team member 20.00 $ insead, as a personal tip, for a job extremely well done.!!!!!
………Also, on 11 April, Alex and Joseph had to come out to level the unit and sanitize the ducts for me. Both men were extremely hard-working, thorough, and professional in all their duties, and, they actually found a major problem that I had caused, by taping a garbage bag over the air intake closet during the winter.!!!!
…They replaced my air filters, and explained to me in detail the work they had done, as well as the money it would save me by doing these servicing procedures.!!! And, if that wasn't enough, they refused to charge me for any of their work , for the Second time within a month.!!!! Now that's what I call SERVICE.!!!!!
…I was , and am so happy with this fine Christian company that I gave each of them 20 $ tip, and took them to lunch at Barceña's, a local Mexican Restaurant. What a wonderful time of fellowship we all enjoyed.!!!!! I try to recommend South Coast A/C & Heat to everyone I can.!!!!!

These guys are great! They came out last minute on a Saturday morning to ensure that our AC was fixed. They put their customers first, notify via text who your technician is and when they’re in their way to the job site. Our technician was very professional and took good care of us! I highly recommend South Coast and will always use them for my future needs.

This group was awesome. They diagnosed, quoted, and replaced my AC in 3 days, OVER A HOLIDAY WEEKEND!!! They will have my business and recommended to all my family and friends. Clean, friendly, and very respectful of me and my home. I cant say enough.
