Never had a "go-to AC guy" until my AC went out in 2019. I was referred by a coworker and Todd came out and fixed our system in a timely manner after setting an appointment. Since then, I've called to have them service my system wether it's maintenance, repair, or just a general check up. They've always been responsive to calls and will always call you back if they're not able to answer. Appointments are easy to make and they are great at communicating when they're coming. Todd and all his techs I've met (Brandon, Sam, and Ramiro) have always transparent with the diagnosis, services, repairs, and charges they provide. They are always professional when they come, and easy to approach when you have questions, and give informative and direct answers. I get an invoice with a breakdown that's easy to read and understand each time after they are done. I highly recommend SWAT if you need a reliable team to call for any HVAC issues or need a system check up!

I had called out another company and they gave a very high quote so while they were still present I called
SWAT. They gave half the price they did do of I sent the other AC repair on their way.
Once Brandon and Sam, great guys,
arrived and diagnosed the situation they determined we only needed one item replaced as opposed to both which the other team said. So grateful to these 2 honest guys. They were done in roughly 20 minutes.

OK look. I hate doing these, but this company right here has saved my tail from bad ac people twice now. I've been having a mental breakdown for nearly 2 days after being told by another company my AC is just gone. They came in and for less than an hour and $135 got it running. The other guys simply messed up the wiring and now my ac is running just as good as before. There's never going to be a time that SWAT is not my first call from here on out. Saved me 5K! I love this company and their people. Will never use anyone else. Thanks you so much from the bottom of my heart. You guys are real and honest and my only choice.
