This was a great company to work with, very organized, responsive and quick during this type of heat. The owner Rusty was very knowledgeable with any and all of my questions. According to my husband, all of the employees were very nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond anything we expected. I would highly recommend this company and Rusty to anyone. My husband has already done so!

I've used Sun Air almost since the company began. I have always received excellent service from all the technicians. The last few times, Sergio has come out to do repairs and maintenance. He always makes sure everything is in working order and to my satisfaction before he leaves. Excellent service! He goes above and beyond in everything he has done out here. I know I can always depend on Sun Air for good quality service.

As my husband and I were leaving to go out of town we noticed our AC froze up. Not only was Sun Air great at responding, Edward was exceptional! He communicated well so we could have someone meet him to let him in, he communicated throughout the process very professionally but with great care as well. Edward even came back to watch over his crew as they did the work a couple days later. Very trustworthy team! Thank you Edward for your dedication. It's nice to see good service still exists!

AC broke down during triple digit Texas summer weather late in the day. Contacted Sun Air Conditioning & Heating, and they were able to send a technician to me the same day! The technician, Sergio, was friendly and knowledgeable, and he was able to get the unit fixed up in no time. Highly recommended

Jonathan J. notified me when enroute and arrived within time frame as was scheduled for main-tenance. It so happens main drain was plugged & water in pan had to be vacuumed. I've been using Sun Air nearly 35 years and have always been pleased with their service.
