I was very impressed with how professional and honest this company is. Rusty Speed was my sales representative. He was very friendly and was quick to diagnose and fix the problem with my AC unit. They've save me time and money and have always delivered top service. I especially want to extend my thanks to Sun Air employee Sergio Guarro, who has been my technician the last three times. Sergio practices A-1 customer service, is informative and a pleasure to converse with. I will be requesting him in any future service needs. Most importantly, Sergio walks the talk when it comes to honesty and fairness, a requirement for Sun Air and its employees.

Sun AC did a great job adding a vent to our renovated bedroom. They were very professional and reasonably priced. Showed up on time the two times there had scheduled to come. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing AC work or maintenance.

My wife found Sun Air Conditioning and Heating highly rated on Nextdoor and this company did not disappoint. We had to have our outdoor unit completely replaced. They are competitively priced and the service was excellent. Sergio and Paulo, the A/C tech and installer were very knowledgable, professional, friendly and worked fast. I had 2 other companies bid for the work and were sketchy-in this industry it's hard to find quality, trustworthy companies that don't want to rip you off. We would gladly use them again and will recommend this company to friends, neighbors, and family!!

Rusty’s team showed up on time to replace our existing AC compressor and coils. In addition he performed a holistic review of our total AC system and measured temperatures and pressures at different locations in the ductwork. He added a 2nd air filter box to increase the air intake to match the capacity of the system. Basically he corrected the flawed design of our home builder. The AC works now how it suppose to be.

Sergio throughly explained his work procedure in layman’s terms so I could understand what and why. He cleaned up after he completed the inspection and provider additional information to save me money on my next inspection

Love these guys. When our AC died one evening, we called up the next morning and Sergio was out at noon. He looked at the system which included components from different manufacturers from 15 - 30 years old, found the immediate problem with the system and fixed it so that it would work until we could get a new system installed. The team came out right on time four days later and put down protective coverings, very professionally installed the new system, ensured everything was working and cleaned up any debris. all on a day where the temperature reached 98 outside and much hotter in the attic. And they did not mind that my two dogs wanted to help each of them.

Rusty Speed is an absolutely amazing tech! And an even better person. He is extremely thorough and takes the time to diagnose the issue and explain multiple repair options. Very transparent and honest. Can’t recommend Rusty and Sun Air highly enough!!

I love how Rusty and Jim were so responsive to my AC outage. Rusty spent extra time measuring my rooms so that we got the best units and air handling for our home. We never knew ho we were missing the cooling power and overall quality from our old units. I recommend them highly!
