I have always found John to be responsive and honest. I wouldn’t use anyone but him and have recommended Taurus to clients of mine. He just came out on a Sunday afternoon when my house is reading 87°, and I was his 17th call for the day at 6 o’clock at night. He could’ve just blown me off and said I’ll get to you tomorrow, but he came on over and fixed my problem. Great guy !

I have finally found an HVAC company I can trust! John Theriot and Kevin Voigt are true professionals. Kevin was able to quickly identify the reason my AC unit was not cooling. John sent me a detailed written proposal designed to correct the problem at a very reasonable cost. Unlike other HVAC companies I have dealt with, neither John or Kevin tried to 'up sell' me on equipment/features I did not need. They did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Their crew worked efficiently and effectively and had me back up and running in no time. I highly recommend Taurus Mechanical for your HVAC needs. I will be using them for mine from now on.

Taurus was a wonderful company to work with! John really cares about his customers. We had an issue with the location of our AC unit, in our home. Taurus did everything they could to accmodiate us and the prices were very fair.

Taurus Mechanical did an awesome job fixing my friends AC. My friend’s AC went out in the middle of the summer. John came right away, and was even sensitive to the fact that my friend’s baby was sleeping. He tiptoed through the house. Their cost was super affordable. Very upstanding company. John Theriot and his lead technician Kevin were amazing and the guys that worked on the ducts to replace them were super quick and efficient (I even heard them singing while working, goes to show a good work environment!) The prices were really fair and communication is on point! I will work with them again!

John at Taurus Mechanical is a life saver .My AC had typically gone out in Friday afternoon and the houses are 880°. I called John and despite his completely booked schedule he was able to fit me in. Had the AC working that afternoon for a fair price. I found my new heating and cooling company.
