I called Lochridge after work on a Friday and they had someone at my house later that night. John arrived and was able to pinpoint the problem and get our HVAC working again. He also gave us information on how to prevent future problem and educated us on the way the HVAC system works. Thanks John!

Antonio was very thorough and gave some very helpful maintance tops. Such as Apple Cider Vinegar can be use keep the line free from built up. Also keep leaves any from unit outside. He was professional through the servicing AC/ Heating.

LP Home Service was contacted because the water heater at our properly stopped working. It was the weekend and we were told about the weekend hourly rate of $165/hr and we agreed to rate as I was out of town.

I was charged $1,116.92 to have the water heater drained a few times and to have the heating elements replaced. This did not fix the water heater.

I went to Lowes the following day and purchased a new water heater for $550 and replaced in 20 minutes.

I should have been contacted by LP Home Service at some point to recommend a better course of action early in the process instead of being billed for 5.5 hours of labor.

This was my second time having Walton out to the house to fix one of our systems and he was just as professional and informative as ever. I highly recommend him and Lochridge Priest to anyone needing any of the services they provide.

Receptionist, Jennifer, was very kind & strait down to business in getting someone sent out asap. The two technicians, Rudy & Toby, are top tier in experience & communication. I was weary on having someone come out because of how many times clients become uneasy about getting ripped off or someone not simply getting the job done the first time. The Google Reviews showed me I did not need to have any concern whatsoever. Rudy makes one hell of a leader & Toby showed nothing but exceptional time efficiency with Rudy in my home in Texas. I had no surprises in cost & every single question was answered while the job was squared away in good manner. This team is very detailed at what they do. Our AC issue was difficult to diagnose. But Antonio was persistent and listened to our input. Antonio reached out to supervisor to help solve the puzzle. A shout out to Jacob his supervisor who kept at it until the problem was identified and fixed.

Chris and Cody were very professional from the phone call telling me of their arrival time. They came in introduced themselves and explained what they planned on doing. The job was done quickly and was very thorough.
