From the first time I contacted TAS A/C they were professional and eager to help. The company sent David for inspection and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that was wrong and offered a very reasonable quote. The company even threw in a Veteran discount. Emmanuel came out and did the repair since David was occupied with another job. Emmanuel was very nice and professional and finished the job very quickly. I would definitely recommend TAS A/C to anyone. Thank you for making my home comfortable again.
It has taken me a long time to be able to review this company. We have used them for our maintenance through our homeowners insurance and they were super knowledgeable! So we decided to upgrade our entire AC/ Heating system using them. Not sure how to evaluate this but here it goes. They hired outside contractors and that was an absolute disaster! A 3-5 day job turned into months! First they removed the system and took that away. Then called and said it was going to be another 2k! That is where I knew we were gonna have issues. These people brought their kids to the house! We had nails in our pool! And they left the water hose running all night! The kids were throwing knives in the air watching them hit the ground! 😑 I have video of it all! The owner had no clue what was happening. Even when one of the guys fell through my ceiling! Not even wearing knee pads. We have had them out 3x already for issues with this system. But since the owner was aware of what happened to us. He came personally to our home to assess the job and damage. He was great in helping us is why I am giving 4 stars. The contractors that did the job is no longer with this company per the owner. If something goes wrong it happens to us. 😞 All And all I love the company! But cannot give a 5 star for what we have been through. Out of courtesy. I will not post pics or videos as the people who did the job are no longer the them.

"Everything looks good, nothing to do" however the AC wasn't cooling, I had to pay for the copay for every time they came, like 4 times. In some point they recommend me to change the entire equipment but a high cost which supposedly is not covered by the insurance, so if I wanted to do that I will have to pay them about $4k to $5k usd. At the end I sent them a video with evidence of the issue so finally they came and "repair" the issue but not in a professional manner, the motor used to replace the issue is not an original part, besides cables were left out of the equipment resulted in an electric shock risk . Very bad service...

I appreciate the tech being on time with text alerts prior, on arrival, and when completed. The service was thorough and deftly accomplished. When he finished, he gave us the pleasant news that we were good to go for summer. I appreciate the service and the experience.
Just want to say thank you to the owners of TAS and their professional employees they did an awesome job they were responsible respectful polite also they helped me it didn’t cost me a penny for their equipment and their service installation when I couldn’t get approved for a new central air and heating they stepped it up and helped at no cost to me i have always worked for everything I have I’ve been blessed thank you TAS
