The blower motor on my AC started squealing then quit. It was easy to take out the old motor but frustratingly I couldn’t find a place that would sell me a new motor without a contractors license. Kearsley’s was happy to help, they had the right motor in stock.
The house is cool, the family is happy and I saved a ton of money.

These guys were great to work with. They were nice, honest & followed through. The one time I ordered a part, it wasn't the right one & they were super helpful & took care of it immediately & they had a quick turnaround.
The second interaction, I went & asked about a part for my washer. They priced it out & suggested other options on the washer that might be affecting it, so I felt I was able to make a more informed decision whether or not to move forward with the repair.

We had to buy a new furnace, ouch $$$$.00.
These guy's had the best deal with our money being really tight. Plus they had on site financing. Thanks you guys and gals. They were really friendly and did a great job on the installation of our new furnace. It only took them a few hours to complete the installation. Thank you once again peoples. I'm really happy for the job and the good deal you had for us. The financing saved us the most, and got our home heated again.

It's nice to be able to pick up HVAC supplies and appliance needs that doesn't behold you to owning a certification to buy. They also provide you with advice and installation instructions. Very reasonable prices,
Why risk getting something online with all that? I have bought a/c, gas heater, refrigerator and dishwasher parts here and always was happy with my purchases. It's my go-to for these things.

Terrible experience. We had a service person come out to repair both our fridge and our dishwasher. He didn’t have the part for the dishwasher repair. He didn’t know what was wrong with the fridge so after sitting on his phone reading owners manuals for over an hour he made a good guess at what he thought might be wrong and told us the two repairs would be $800. I didn’t want to pay $500 on a guess for the fridge and I wasn’t super confident in his abilities to fix the dishwasher plus he didn’t have the part anyway. We ended up with a bill for $128 for the service call where nothing was taken care of. I called and paid my bill with my debit card on Friday. Today Wendy called and asked for a payment. When I told her I had called and paid on Friday she treated me like a liar and was very rude. I told her that she could call back on Thursday and if the payment still hadn’t cleared my account I would give them my debit card information again. She was very rude and treated me like a thief and a liar. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This place is amazing! They are ready to help you in any way. From getting the full service done by professionals to your DIY HVAC. Projects they are able to provide the knowledge and products you need to get it done! The staff is super warm and understanding of any skill level and help you to make a game plan. We needed to fix a break in our water line to the swamp cooler. They let me know the best quick fix and priced out a full line replacement. He never tried to upsell me and really seemed to care about me getting the Job done for the best price possible!

I needed to figure out why my dryer wasn’t working. I researched the problem and went to Kearsley Service Center to get the part I needed. Greg gave me a lot of advice and tips on what needed to happen, even printed out a diagram of the parts and marked what I needed to repair. That helped me find out what was really wrong, and Alan hooked me up the next day with the parts I needed. He even checked the thermostat so I didn’t buy parts that were still good. These folks care about customers and go the extra mile! They have won my business.
