Thomas did a great job servicing our furnace today. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Shaun was very quick at diagnosing the problem for our faulty outlet!!! And gave us an outlet that is childproof so we don't need to use our childproof outlet plugs anymore.

We had them come for an annual checkup on our heating and air. An electrician came also to give us an estimate on some electrical issues. He is coming back. Such great guys! Knowledgeable and patient with two old raisins who are getting slower by the day! Jordan is our granddaughter. She is always looking out for us. She’s the best! Thanks to all of you!

Nathan was here within an hour on a weekend and fixed multiple issues. Highly recommend him!

We’ve had a slow shower drain and overflowing toilet for awhile. Everything was super easy with Black Diamond - I didn’t have to wait when I called in initially, the woman who answered was super nice, they got me scheduled. Stetson showed up right on time and he was super easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Used an auger and cleared up the issue in a few minutes. $39. Really pleased.

Josh came out to do a flush on our tankless water heater and he did an awesome job. We liked the job he did so much that we signed up to become black diamond members -- which lead to a discussion toward replacing our 16 year old Rinnai with a brand new one by the end of this month. Nate came out and looked at what we had and was able to write up a bid for a new system that fit our budget and time frame. Thanks for sending both Josh and Nate, we look forward to working with Black Diamond for all of our future plumbing/electrical/HVAC needs. Thanks again Josh and Nate.

These 5 stars belong to Brock Dalgetty who did not cut corners and worked diligently to repair the installation of our recently purchased Black Diamond HVAC System after it went down. He is an experienced professional with good work ethics, very meticulous, kind, friendly and was most respectful of our property and did an excellent job with clean-up. We appreciate the company's open line of communication and their fast response. We look forward to continue doing business with them under our maintenance contract.

Brought Black Diamond in to fix a miswired 4-way switch, add lights and outlets to a closet, add a 110V outlet for my new kitchen stove, and pull some network cables through an insulated wall.

Bryan and Brad did a great job. They were punctual, professional, and talked with me to make sure that each part of the job would be executed to my expectations.

Despite running into some oddly constructed walls in my 1970s house they were able to get all the items competed with next to no drywall cutting, and the cutting they had to do was buried in a closet that no one will ever see.

I'm so pleased that I don't need to go back and patch or replace any drywall in my living room. The extra time and care they took with the job made it possible.

Crooks. We called them because our furnace blower was going out. They came out and told us we needed a whole new furnace and air conditioning unit. After they left our blower wouldn't come on at all. Which means our air conditioner wouldn't work at all. This was in the 100° heat in August. We had a second opinion come, and they spent 30 minutes fixing what black diamond had sabotaged. Black Diamond had blown the fuse and disconnected the wire to the outside AC unit (both which were working before they came). We will NEVER use Black diamond again. And we really hope this review deters others from using them.
