Kelly knows his stuff. Had an power issue with the hvac system and the electrician misdiagnosed it. Kelly found the issue and made sure it was done right and (knows as much about electrical as he does hvac). Would highly recommend. -Mike Bunnell

I have a 96% efficient furnace that the builder installed in my new house, five years ago. The ECM module on the blower died, two weeks outside of the warranty. Edward from Wright's came over and quickly diagnosed the problem, but warned me that York charges an arm and a leg. I was so impressed by Edward and his boss, Kelly. They did everything they could - going way above and beyond, determined not to let me pay the $800-$1000 that York was demanding for the part. When this furnace dies, I wouldn't consider anyone else to replace it. I trust them completely!
I have know the Wright family for several years and highly recommend them for all your Heating & Air Conditioning needs. They have top notch installers and Service Techs. They are Honest and do the job WRIGHT the first time.
Worst company ever. We were under warranty and our AC got a leak in it. Our house was built only 5 years ago from now. We had to fill up the coolant twice in 2 years and then now again it needs to be filled. They said they knew there was a leak but couldn't find it so too bad. We told them we wanted to get it found before our warranty went out and they said we had to wait until the fall and then they just never came out. Fast forward to now and we have to get it filled AGAIN and probably REPLACED. Unbelievable. Not only that but when we moved into our brand new built house that night the heater went out. THE FIRST NIGHT WE WERE THERE. They had to replace the whole motor. I should've known then that it was a bad company to go with. Too bad we didn't get to choose and our builder chose for us.
Needed some fast service for a gas leak. Wright's Air had a technician come out super fast. He even found another leak that Dominion didn't find. Customer service from the receptionist to the service technician was excellent! Thanks for the great service!
Jake was awesome!! He had to order a part and still got it running in the mean time with a temporary fix to help us be cooler. Great at answering questions. I would use them again!!

Two prompt service calls but wasted money on system charges when new system was needed. Would not bid on the system. Several calls and texts to them Tried my darndest to give them the opportunity.
