Tyler came out to assess a burst pipe. He quoted us 3811 for a repair. He demanded payment that night and didn't even know what the damage was (it was behind a wall). Never cut into the wall or anything. Under the stressful situation we payed and after the work was done we realized half of the work wasn't completed or needed. We called and asked for a refund and he assured us the price was right but he just mistyped the quote. Offered to type up a new invoice (fraud) to match what was done. He replaced 1 pipe and charged us 3811. Super dishonest. Half of the work wasn't completed or needed and we still payed for it. We called the company and they have never gotten back to us. Don't trust him. I know we aren't the only ones who have had a problem with Tyler. Also the invoice clearly stated payment was due after the work was completed. He knew what he was doing. If the higher ups see this please feel free to reach out and fix it.

Joel was awesome. He was very knowledgeable. He got our a/c up and running in no time. Then he was willing to answer all of my husbands other non-related appliance questions. A great, helpful guy.

Jim and Alex took excellent care of us. Our AC unit totally went out at the worst time, and while I was sweating my balls off, they noticed and expedited our recovery. Live laugh love these guyz

Warning: stay away from this company! #theWorstEver During a (high pressure sales) heating and AC install they clogged the utility closet drain resulting in flooding and extensive damage to my elderly, visually-impaired mother's basement. When I called to alert them to this, they begrudgingly sent over a hack-job crew to half rip out the carpet (they literally sliced down the middle of the carpet in both flooded rooms!) Terrible. Terrible. And now they'll do nothing to make this right. How are these predatory bozos still in business?

We had a great experience with Action when my elderly mom’s old furnace gave out on a day when it was super cold. Tyler showed up right away and talked us through our options. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and also really kind to my mom. We felt like we could trust him. Soon, Oscar and Jacob came with the new equipment and by afternoon my mom’s new furnace had the house warm and cozy for her. We were amazed at how efficiently and quickly the job was done. Oscar and Jacob were professional, clean, cheerful and made sure all of our questions were answered. It was an all around great experience. Thanks, Action!
