Apex Clean Air AC, Heating Repair & Air Duct Cleaning

Best experience with a home service company! Everything from the office communication and scheduling to the install of our super awesome new system exceeded expectations! I was nervous about having to replace our furnace and AC and it seemed overwhelming but the service professionals made me feel at ease and took care of everything! There was a little hiccup but they took care of it immediately. The department manager even showed up to show me how to use our new smart thermostat. Oh! And they programmed my garage door opener for me - that's above and beyond! Talk about heroes that don't' wear capes! Apex is the best! I would not hesitate to call them :)

I was not home when Apex came but my roommate was there to show Jacob all the vents. She said he was on time , well mannered and professional . He kept contact with me by phone the whole time. He was very good about explaining everything. I opted to do the sanitary clean because of my asthma and sinus condition. Time will tell I hope! I would highly recommend !

Our initial interaction was less than stellar. I wrote an unadulterated review about my feelings and left a one-star review. I figured that would be it, and we’d all move on. The next day I was contacted by the owner, who was genuinely concerned about my experience. I appreciated that he reached out to me and offered to change my review.

Again, I figured that would be it, and we’d all move on. But a good review was not what he was after. He wanted a happy customer. They have many 5-star reviews, and after a private conversation with the owner, I can see why. He genuinely wanted to make things right.

Good companies stand out not just by being good, but by making things right when there’s a problem. I truly am impressed with how Apex prioritizes its customer's experiences.

We had Jacob out to clean our ducts and dryer vent. He was awesome! Super polite, respectful, knowledgeable and kind. He made sure all corners of our walls were protected and no damage was done to our home. He explained the process and showed before and after photos. After a recent encounter with a no so great company, APEX was a breath of fresh air. We even had him install the Halo purifier. Overall it was a great experience!

Apex Clean Air came to do our service in my 5 bedroom home. It took almost 8 hours to do everything. (There was a lot in my house) It looked like my vents have never been clean from all the before pictures we saw. John Jameson was our guy that helped us through it all. He was amazing with communicating and explaining how everything worked. He did a great job with cleaning the vents and very careful with everything in my home. He took his time with everything did not rush through it what so ever. He took pictures of every vent accessible to show us the nastyness that we are breathing everyday. Im excited to notice the difference everytime i walk in to my house. So far this is day two and i woke up less stuffier, the house has been less stinky after cooking food, and the AC has been working a lot better! Thankyou for everything!!

This is a great company to work with. They came in and took pictures of the vents before and after they cleaned. They also tested the vents and gave us great options to help with the growth from a previous used humidifier. They were honest and cared about the health of our family. They were kind and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.

The scheduler was very kind and worked with my schedule. Steven Miles cleaned our air ducts and vents in a very professional way. He was honest with having us get everything cleaned according to the discounted price listed on our coupon. He went the extra mile with cleaning one vent that had 6 inches of moldy water in it. We were fortunate to have Steven clean our vents. He did everything in a timely manner. Thank you Apex!

Apex rep arrived on time and did an amazing job of cleaning our vents. (Twice as good as previous competitor who cleaned our vents 7 years ago.) Very professional and considerate. Explained advantages of Reme Halo LED purification system which we had installed. THANK APEX! Job well done!

Jake and Jace were great. They showed us everything they were doing and talked us through any issues they found. We ended up purchasing a whole home purification system and were happy with the purchase. We’ll definitely be calling Apex for future cleanings.

Jacob came out and cleaned the vents and cold air returns. He did a great job was very respectful of our home wore booties on his shoes and used corner guards so the vacuum hose would mark the walls. I am super impressed. Will definitely use them in the future.
