We've tried other companies and have always come back to Whipple. They are always professional and thorough. I love that they always explain all the options clearly so we can make educated decisions, but they do so without making you feel pressured, unlike most of the others. We're on their maintenance program, which is reasonable, and give peace of mind, but I never feel like their service text put sales pressure on when they come. Aaron was just here to check our electrical panel, so I had him give me pricing on having a couple of things done. Again, he was friendly and informative without making me feel any pressure at all. He did a great job! I also really appreciate the fact that they keep you in the loop on everything and are good communicators. There's nothing more frustrating than people not showing up on time, and/or not keeping you informed on when they'll be there or how your job is progressing. Whipple has been great about that. Every tech we've had out to our home have been terrific! Their pricing isn't always the lowest, but it's fair, and we always know they'll do a good job and stand behind their work. Peace of mind is priceless!

Our AC went out while we were out of town. We came home the house at 86 degrees and rising. On a Friday afternoon, no one was willing to send out a technician until I called Whipple. They were out within 2 hours, and John Lane was able to get our AC back on in less than an hour, and he was very professional and educational while doing it. It really saved our weekend!

I had an excellent experience with Whipple. Stewart was the electrician who came out and re-installed three ceiling fans that were improperly installed previously. I have cement ceilings so it made the install difficult. Stewart was on time , very professional, and did an extremely professional job installing the fans. He also was very clean. He covered each room before he started and cleaned up each room after he finished. The price was also very reasonable.

Demetri was an amazing technician! He was thorough and explained everything so I understood the service options and repair recommendations. He impressed us and let my two year old son watch him work.

What a great experience! Bill was wonderful. He was efficient and knowledgeable and gave me options. I will never call anyone else for any of my home needs. I am their customer for life! Thank you all!

Austin M - our electrician was fabulous! He was on time courteous and professional. He is easily the nicest and friendliest repair person we have EVER had come to our house. If you need a car charger installed I suggest you request Austin, he is that good!

Demetri Jones-the Whipple HVAC Technician, came to our home twice, for both the furnace and a/c maintenance appointments. He provided exceptional customer service; beyond expectations. He was prompt, cheerful and efficient. He was very engaging and thorough as he clearly explained his assessment of our systems. I especially appreciated how he focused on what was working correctly with our furnace and a/c systems. His effort to explain and educate us about how our systems were functioning well, helped us understand his recommendations for what type of service we needed to do to continue good maintenance. Demetri cleaned up any areas where he had been working and left us feeling confident in his service and recommendations. Demetri is our first choice technician at Whipple.
