Our experience from reception, sales and installation was friendly and professional. The showroom was stocked with numerous options. Comfort Solutions has merchandise in stock so no wait time. From showroom to installation was less than a week. We were very pleased with Comfort Solutions and will definitely recommend to others.

They installed my HVAC system for a brand new $380k Townhome and after 1 year my heater stopped blowing out hot air out of the furnace only cold air in the winter time they said they do not stand behind their work past 13 months lol a brand new car dealer would give a 10 year warranty on a brand new car and for something I need for my family to survive these guys only give 13 months warranty. I live in HawkHaven townhomes my repair man I had come fix it said its from poor installation they didn't put any support beams for the pipes that go to my roof so after 1 year of usage my pipes in the attic are sagging from water leaking into the pipes because it is a 99% efficiency furnace that leaks water from condensation so after 1 year of buildup from water my furnace can't breath out of the pipes. My new repair man fixed it! Hope you guys will start standing behind your work longer then 13 months.

Our technician was Shane. He did a wonderful job cleaning and repairing our two gas fireplaces. He looked at each one and explained what needed to be done. I told him go ahead and start. He carefully took care of each one and they look like brand new!! ☺️ I'm so thrilled to have them working and looking so beautiful! Plus he didn't leave a mess! I give Shane five stars plus!

Jason repaired our gas fireplace. Jason is a terrific technician. Polite, intelligent, knowledgeable, skilled and pleasant. He did a great job. After we had other technicians work on it, and fail, Jason, and his expertise, was a delightful and reassuring experience. He's our guy from now on!!

A big shoutout to comfort Solutions for the installation of our new Napoleon fireplace. From the initial interactions with Aaron through the sales and quoting process all the way through the installation by Sabian and Coda, the support and engagement were great. While everyone did an amazing job, I would like to especially highlight Sabian for his efforts during the installation. He was very thorough in explaining everything that was going to be done. During the process, he made sure everything was done right, laid tarps down to keep everything clean, and was very courteous and professional in all of his interactions. Afterwards, they cleaned up everything and did an amazing job of explaining everything including setup, maintenance and the operation of the fireplace. I am happy to recommend Comfort Solutions if you need a new fireplace and look forward to using ours for many years!

Jason came out and fixed my AC. Jason has serviced our AC in the past. He did a great job both times. He explained what he was doing and why. I recommend these guys!

I have been a customer of Comfort Solutions since 2017. My furnace decided on the coldest day of the year to stop working. I cried tears of joy when the receptionist said they could send someone quick. The furnace wasn't looking good. A sales advisor also was quickly located and after one freezing night I was able to have a new amazing furnace installed. Juan and Talon were incredible. They worked fast and installed me a new furnace (a new AC). J.D. the sales advisor was helpful and answered all of my questions. We had some struggles with the thermostat not doing what it was supposed to and Kaylani in the office answered all my questions and helped me connect with the right people so that we could get it figured out. Although no one enjoys spending tons of money on new HVAC systems I would be much worse off if Comfort Solutions wasn't such a great company. Every technician I have had from them has been top notch. They treat my house like their own and the service they provide is exceptional. If you are considering them for services in your own home, have no fear. They will take care of you and they will make sure that whatever problems arise, they will make it right.

I never want to sleep in 42 degree weather in my home again, and I know that with Comfort Solutions I don't have to. Thank you so much!

Rory and Alec were here on time to replace our AC and furnace. Our thermostat also needed to be moved. They did a great job and didn't leave a lot of mess for me to clean up!

Extremely happy with Richie, Talon, and Rory for the service they provided me when purchasing and installing a new furnace. Richie provided options for the type of heating system to choose from and helpful after system was installed and Talon and Rory were on time, worked quickly and were very considerate during the installation process. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Comfort Solutions to anyone in need of their services.
