Chris did a great job on the install. He came on time and did the job quickly, clean, and well. He made sure everything was done and working correctly and made sure to answer any questions we had.

The only issue we had was the company was not very responsive. They told us several times they would call us back when we were scheduling our service, but they rarely did. We spent a lot of time waiting for someone to call and then calling them ourselves.

But, once we got everything worked out and scheduled the experience was positive.

Comfort Solutions is fantastic. Our advisor Joe was great, knowledgeable, listened to our needs, answered all our questions with no pressure. Chris our installer was awesome, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and performed a professional installation. The system they installed now keeps the temperature difference between the main floor and basement minimal. No more freezing basement to keep the upstairs cool. We've used them in the past and will continue to their services. Thank you to everyone at Comfort Solutions!

Chris completed the our Trane Furnace/Air Conditioning installation as promised. He called 15 minutes prior to the appointment time letting us know he was on his way. Upon completion of the installation, Chris walked us through the system, showing us how everything was dialing in and ready to use. He explained the features of the units we purchased and how they are designed to operate more efficiently than the 20 year old units being replaced. His 20+ years of experience provides us with the utmost confidence that the units we purchased are installed properly and that Comfort Solutions will keep them working for many years to come.

We're very pleased with the service we received from Comfort Solutions. Our salesman, Aaron, was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He listened to what we wanted, offered some products, and together we selected a fireplace that seems perfect for us. The office worked with us to select an install date that fit our schedule. Our installers, Tyler and Caleb, arrived on time, looked at the project, did a wonderful job covering our flooring and keeping our home clean, they worked effectively with a very good attitude, they were friendly, and thorough. When the installation was complete, they explained and showed us how everything worked and answered our questions so we felt comfortable how to properly take care of our new fireplace. Clair came out and worked with us to get the best price on the correct components to replace our house heating and air conditioning system. He did an excellent job and worked hard to get additional discounts for us, like cash payment and rebates.

Chris and Eddie were our installers and they were great! Job well done, down to the last detail. When completed Chris took all the time needed to make us comfortable walking us through the install, as well as the controls, registration and maintenance of the new system. Chris also took the time to repair a pre-existing condition in our old duct system that was bypassing conditioned air into the laundry room. Those are the things you remember. Above and beyond! Great team!

Jason and Ian from Comfort Solutions were fantastic. They came for a warranty issue with our fireplace and made sure they fixed the problem at hand as well as took care of another issue that came up while on-site. They even were willing to install a fireplace remote that I was interested in right then and there. Great company and super reasonable prices.

The employees at Comfort Solutions are all great. Sherri has always assisted me with quick and easy scheduling and is always so friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Shane recently came out to my home to fix my heater and he was fantastic. He explained to us exactly what was going on and was very friendly and professional. He also was very quick to fix the problem, and I appreciated his help. Highly recommend these guys, awesome workers and awesome service!!

Aaron was very helpful I’m guiding me toward the gas fireplace matched my needs. He explained the features and benefits of the different options and invited me to go to the showroom to see and compare the products. Tyler and Caleb installed the fireplace and were professional and complied with COVID-19 protocols which was important to me. They worked carefully with no mess and cleaned everything before leaving. They took the time to explain the use and maintenance of the fireplace and remote before leaving. I will definitely recommend Comfort Solutions to anyone in the market for a fireplace.

Our Comfort Technician, Ian Sloan installed an Air Scrubber (Active Air Cleaner) on our furnace. Did a great installation job. We have already noticed a real improvement in our air quality.
