Miller's provides good customer service. Our initial boiler (dual water heater and heating to baseboard) installation, completed by Miller's, had a few issues, but the technicians (Anthony and Dylan) who came out today answered all my questions, concerns and did a great job in a timely manner. They also explained what they did and provided pictures of the repairs to the boiler vent line (through the inner wall and out our chimney). Thank you for your work.

Last month we called Millers for an estimate to replace all three of our HVAC units - absolutely the best deal for what you get and we’re thrilled with the service we received. Well this morning our water heater died and they were happy to help us out of this jam. Again, the entire team made this stressful situation easier to deal with. Precession, fast and courteous. They came out this afternoon and by 5pm we had a new water heater fully installed. I could not ask for a better company to work with. I can’t speak highly enough about all of the people we have had the pleasure to work with and they have customers for life with us!

Giving a shout out to Tim and Walter to did the duct repairs at our new property. These guys did a great job securing ducts in place, repair any ducts system that needing repairs and replaced 2 duct lines. I would recommend this business for all their HVAC needs...

Logan came out to repair our A/C unit on what has been the hottest day of the season to date. He had to go out to Hampton, about 30 minutes away, to get a part. He returned and finished the job around 7:30 pm. He was professional and positive the entire time. I was taking out my trash bins while he was here. He said, "Does that need to go out front?" and proceeded to take the bin to the curb for me! Definitely went above and beyond! Plus, the part ended up being about $50 LESS THAN the initial quote. All of my interactions with Miller's have been great to date.
