Eric was great...arrived on time..did not mind me checking on him frequently or answering the many questions I had. I got an hvac check snd clean and I saw he actually cleaning the many of the ac parts. I noticed the system performing better once he was done. My only complaint is that i did not received a receipt detailling the services performed as I requested. I only got an email receipt showing the company name and the amount charged.

I had this company through American Home shield. I tell you this is one of best one ever. The company's procedure of handling each case is very smooth. You don't have to follow up for any steps with them cause they inform you at each time.
And the tech is not only seeing the problem itself. He provides his professional opinion how to prevent any further issues. Just contact this company if you have any plumbing issue.

Immediate appointment was given. They were prompt, friendly. explained what they would do and did do. They cleaned up. My gasket on toilet hose and inside toilet tank parts were replaced. They checked my water heater to see if that might need future assistance due to age. Good service and quality. I am a repeat customer.

The two technicians that came to fix my toilet were fantastic. Knew what the problem was and fixed it in no time. Also have great personalities which is a plus!! So glad I have UAT. Thank you so much for the prompt response. Have always been satisfied with your company.

Rude employee. Was driving and started cutting me off and being rude for no reason. Then had a really mean look when I got out the car. worst part is I was driving in a commercial area and the guy was rushing and giving me dirty looks. From the looks of that don’t do business with this company.

Juan from the Rockville location is a great plumber; very friendly, happy to explain everything and offer suggestions. He came back out when a related issue occurred two days later and resolved it quickly and explained why it happened. He’s awesome.

Horrible. This company was selected through my home warranty company. The techs do a great job at talking like they know how to fix the problem however they don’t fix the issues long term. I specifically told the tech the leak was in 2 places however he told me “it may appear that way but that’s only because water travels. In reality it’s only a leak in one place”…..a few months later here I am with a leak in the same place i told the tech. I trusted his “expertise” over my judgement. Then I called them this morning and they mentioned I have to pay again to have someone come out EVEN THOUGH it’s for the exact same issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY and go some place else. I also worked with this company to fix a drain in a bathroom the tech was extremely lazy. He puts another stopper on the drain and I noticed it was wobbly so I asked him is that how it is supposed to be…only then does he say it’s not an exact fit but if I want he can order another one. He orders another one and comes to fix it a few months later only for it to be a horrible job. Like I said they are lazy and since this happened on 2 occasions it’s a company pattern and it made me leave this review.

I highly recommend United Air Temp and will be sure to use them again! The technicians were great at communicating when they would arrive, were quick, and very professional. They explained the issues in layman’s terms and quickly resolved them. A plus!!! Thank you for making this so easy!!

Had issues with water heating. Thermostat was replaced. I realized there was gas leakage soon after the technician left. He came after an hour and fixed the leak.

I hope technicians are better trained to ensure they do not miss basic things like this which can turn to be very fatal.

Leaking faucet replacement was done. Plumber arrived on time and completed work in a timely manner. Needed an extension went out quickly and returned to complete the job in less than 2 hours start to finish.
