The techician was very professional in check the clog and reinforce with a product called Thift to reforce that the clog was done. Told me if the problem came back before 30 days to contact them again

The Technician was ontime , very polite and cleaned up after the repairing the leak.

This company overcharges you for parts. The technician suggested that I could get a reusable air filter for $165.00 which I agreed to pay. Later on I found the same filter online for $89.99. I trusted you as a customer Untited Air Temp and you took advantage of that. Stop! overcharging your customers.

My home warranty insurance always send United Air Temp to repair my AC system and I highly recommend them! They always send me the same technician, his name is Hemant and he always resolve the issue satisfactorily. If you can request him please do so for he is very nice and knowledgeable!
As for the company, their dispatch person is also nice and prompt in notifying the customer. I do hope their excellent service will stay the same forever!

Of course my water heater conked out at the worst possible time. It was approaching the holiday weekend and they were all booked up, but I was not prepared to wait until after the long weekend for hot water, and United Air Temps worked VERY hard to meet my difficult scheduling request. The gentleman showed up on time and worked to thoroughly fix the problem that had been a frequent and costly recurrence. He also pointed out a few other things I needed, but it was not a hard sell and he left an estimate as requested. I would use them again as I was very satisfied with their Customer Service and expertise.

We are longtime customers, so when our air conditioner went on the fritz we immediately contacted United Air Temps. It turned out our system was still under warranty so they scheduled us for an on call and we were seeing the very next day. The technician was thorough, professional, and very easy to work with. He got our system back up and we are delighted!
