Reggie and Billy came to my home today to maintenance my system! We had built our home almost 3 years ago and our unit has constantly ran since, we never knew this was an issue. They arrived and I then presented me with the numbers my unit was pulling and discovered our system was never fully charged by the original install company. I highly recommend southern Goodman for all of your HVAC needs and will use them for the foreseeable future. Thank you for the honest and thorough work your technicians provided!

I've been in Midlo for about a year so I needed a new contact for my HVAC needs. My AC went out and my sister recommended Southern Goodman. They were able to help me out within a few hours of me contacting them! I also love their professional website, which made contact easier for me. Bryce helped me with repairs and cleaning of my unit. He was so nice and explained everything to me very well.

Great company! Super communicative, weren't there to play games, no run around! They explained what was wrong and gave options for every choice moving forward! They made the process stress free.
For most companies it was a 2 weeks out... they came the next day. I appreciate Tommy treating me like a person and not a sale! After the quote they rolled in next day to do the full install. The technicians were super communicative and talked us through the process and went straight to work! They finished in a few hours, everything looked great they made sure to test everything and ensure we knew how to us the new system! 10/10 will recommend to everyone and use then solely moving forward!

My husband attempted to be Mr. Fix It and could not figure out how to get the new thermostat up and running. Within 15 minutes of making the service request at 9:30 at night the company was able to help with getting everything repaired and up and running. I will use this company for all my HVAC needs going forward.

Silas was the tech that came out to work on our unit and he is amazing. He's very professional, will answer any questions you may have, and goes above and beyond to get your system back up and running great. He never rushes the job and is very thorough in making sure everything is working as it should. We will definitely be requesting his services if we ever need someone to come back out.

Michael is an absolute gem. Super lovely to work with. Was able to diagnose the issue, fix it, and get my AC back up and running within just a couple hours. He very clearly explained every step of the process and made me feel very confident and comfortable. I'm now sitting in a nice cool house thanks to him and I couldn't be more grateful.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. Our unit finally went out, and a gentleman by the name of Silas came out to deliver the bad news. He recommended a replacement and a gentleman by the name of Tommy came out that day and got us a quote. They had wonderful financing options and were able to install the system the next day. I give this company five stars from the customer service all the way to the installers.

Bryce is a delight to speak with care about his work found the problem and got me out of 90 plus degree heat in a quick Compassitor swap out. Hope I won't need them for a very long time but they will be the 1st I'll call. From schedule to the day of Service everything was quick, easy and very Friendly.

Great overall experience. Tommy (sales) came out on a Sunday which was well above and beyond for sure. Thank you. CJ and Chris (the installers) were very professional and did a really good job taking their time, took real good care of my home, and explained the process along the way. Thanks guys!
