Silas and Bobby did a fantastic job. They clearly communicated throughout the process and made getting my AC fixed a very stress-free experience. They were professional, friendly, and the wonderful cold air that's happening certainly speaks to their competency. I definitely recommend this service.

We have met and chatted with a couple of their comfort consultants as well as had some repair work done on our AC units, and Southern Goodman has always been such a pleasure to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable in helping you navigate what is best for you, and always give you multiple options with allowing you time to think, talk it over, and make the best decision for your family's needs. They are always quick to respond, and keep you informed during the repair process, and their pricing for repairs is reasonable. They are a little on the higher price for purchasing new units, but their quality is fantastic and their financing is very affordable. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of any AC/Heating needs!

My HVAC system stop working, I called Thomas Korpal with Southern Goodman and within 24 hours he offered multiple solutions. Once we made a final decision, Thomas and his team had my new HVAC system installed and working within 48 hours!

Michael, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. However I thought the $169 cost to unfreeze the Evap core was a bit much....or the other option offered was to allow a day or two for it to thaw on its own at which time the technician would return and continue troubleshooting. Hugh customer inconvenience.

I called this afternoon about a problem we were having in a rental and within a few hours we had a tech come help us. Mr Silas was so polite and a real pleasure to work with. Because of Mr Silas, we will now use Goodman for all of our properties. He was the best technician I have ever encountered! Honest, reliable, and personable. The service plan he explained to us seems to be an excellent value as well.

Southern Goodman exceeded my expectations in every way. From sales to installation, everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and honest. Tommy surveyed my existing systems and provided options that were within my budget. I was pleasantly surprised that the new systems were in stock and available for installation. The installers confirmed everything with me before starting and worked very efficiently. They removed my old systems and all debris from the work area when complete. I was given a tutorial on how the new systems work including the safety and maintenance features. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Southern Goodman for my complete heating and cooling system replacement.

Last summer when we had an emergency issue with our very old outdoor unit Southern Goodman was the only company we could get out same day. They assessed the issue and had it resolved quickly. When it came time to replacing the whole furnace and air conditioner system we called them again. They were extremely professional, friendly and thorough. After selecting them for the job everything was completed quickly (within days) and competently. They are hands on, communicable and very easy to work with. Will definitely use them for any future needs.

Called up for a general cleaning and inspection, scheduling was fast and easy with great communication. Bryce showed up, was professional and very helpful as well as generous with his time answering my questions. He is coming back to do some repair work on the ducts but I will be having them service my systems moving forward!

Conner and Chris were awesome when they came for my new unit install today. They were quick to help fix other issues found when installing the new unit. They were clean, knowledgeable, and punctual. Southern Goodman is the BEST when it comes to HVAC in the state! Now there’s no need to sweat this summer because I know they have my back when it comes to staying cool.

The guys came in very professional and tried to keep the house clean. During the installation of the air handler, I heard a loud boom from that area. I'd would have assumed if there was damage it would have been mentioned at or before leaving. Of course, as I go up stairs because I trust these guys, find damage all over. Listen, it's a tough spot and very difficult location to do the install, I'd probably not even been upset, but not to mention seems like you're hiding something. So, I go outside and look around and these guys without any recourse for my property, tear open my wood fence, make it all messed up, won't close now, broke boards, and left trash there. Now, I'm upset. I never was not available to be asked to unlock or open that gate. These installer(s) had zero consideration. Overall, the job looks great. But, these few items, no customer spending this kind of money should be subject too
