Only company that would come out same day. Super quick showing up and completing repair. Friendly and professional. I will use this company next time I have ac issues.

Called them on regards to hvac furnace blower motor having excessive noise and tripping the breaker. They arrived looked at the unit and said it was a bad board. I was told the motor either runs or doesn’t run. Later that week they installed the new board and charged me 300 bucks for the labor and board. Following day motor noise was still there and tripping the breaker repeatedly. Issues wasn’t resolved. I took it upon myself ordered a new furnace motor and issue is one hundred percent gone after a new motor.

We have used them for years, and I always get honesty, promptness, and a reasonable price. I never feel like they are trying to price gouge, misinform, or offer services that aren’t needed.

If you want the job done right, this is the company to go to! They were quick, professional, and the quality of service was outstanding. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and is very fair. Customer satisfaction is definitely a top priority of theirs as it was made evident by the quality work.

My AC went out last night and the home warranty company assigned someone who wouldn't come out for 7 days! I asked them to reassign and that's when they assigned All County. They were awesome! They were able to get a tech out today and my issue was fixed in 15 minutes. The young lady who answered the phone was nice and really tried to fit me into the schedule...which they did! The tech who came out was super friendly and knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend them to my family and neighbors!

Great experiences over the years. Rick has been great - extremely responsive. I be two 20 year old systems which he has kept running over the years. At such time it is time to replace them (Nick can’t bring them back to life) we’ll definitely work with All County on replacement.

All County air is the only company I will ever call for any AC issues ever again! Rick was awesome!! He saved me thousands of dollars that other companies were tryingto charge for things I didn't even need. $175 and my AC was fixed in 15 min.

I ended up working with All County like a lot of other reviewers seem to in that I had a 2-10 warranty. I don't generally leave reviews but I'll give credit where credit is due in that Rick walked me through the replacement process really well and despite the fact that All County was slammed with work (middle of a heat wave in July), he always made the effort to get back to me and from the time the AC was declared broken to the replacement was installed was just over two weeks. That's impressive when you have to deal with a home warranty company. The guys who installed the replacement were professional and I have no issues with them. I would work with All County again (and almost certainly will have to as the downstairs unit is 33 years old).

I’m extremely happy with this company. Our air conditioning is old and we’ve had to repair it with our warranty company 3 other times and each time it took over 48 hours to get a tech to fix it. I had a request, an assigned company, an appointment, and my unit fixed all within 19 hours. So very thankful for All County Air LLC

If I could give Rick and his team 10 stars I would! They are absolutely incredible! First let me begin by saying I have 2-10 Home Warranty. My HVAC began having issues two years ago (in 2017) and I was lucky enough to have been paired with Rick.

From the first time he came out, he and his team were extremely polite, professional, and always timely. I cannot say the same for 2-10 as they consistently dragged their feet with service requests. Being the professional he is, Rick was kind enough to compensate for the lack of expediency demonstrated by 2-10 by coming to the house as soon as the paper work had been completed - often the same day, but never waiting more than 24 hours.

Knowing 2-10 was doing everything they could to put a band aid on the unit rather than replacing it - which was desperately needed - Rick was patient and continued fixing parts here and there just to be called back a week or so later to fix something else.

Fast forward to February of 2019 and - with Rick's support - we were finally able to get a new unit! 2-10 Home Warranty mailed the new unit to his office on Monday and he had it installed and in working order by Wednesday.

I feel incredibly grateful to have worked with All County Air Conditioning & Heating and I am thankful for the excellent work performed by Rick and his team. If you are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile for their clients, look no further than All County Air!
