Rick was extremely helpful and fair with pricing. My circuit board had to be replaced. Extremely knowledgeable in the field. And the 2 guys that came to perform the work were wonderful as well - quick and professional. Highly recommend this company.
I was assigned this contractor for an HVAC tune up through my home warranty program. They called me to set up an appointment, then went to my house on the wrong day and left a note that they were there, but I wasn't home, so I needed to call and reschedule. I called and left a message. I received no return call. The contractor then came out to my house AGAIN the following day and left me ANOTHER note that they had been by, but that I was not at home. I called and left another message. No one ever called me back.
This was the simplest problem in the world that could have been resolved by a single phone call, but no one ever bothered to return my multiple messages. I finally had to contact my warranty company, explain to them what happened (and advise that they drop this contractor, since so many of All County Air's other reviews also point out the total lack of responsiveness), and get a new contractor assigned to my work order.
We’ve been having issues with our upstairs being atleast 10 degrees hotter than the downstairs. I had a company come out back in March about it being too hot up there when the heat was still on. Now, it’s too hot with the AC. I called, they came out and didn’t even bother to come inside. They said it was the same issue they told me before and I needed to zone my house for $3,000.
I called All County mid afternoon to get a second opinion and he came out about 45 minutes later. SO prompt. Turns out, one of the valves going upstairs was shut during the first visit from the last company and no one told me. He showed me how to do it, made sure all vents were working, and was very kind, so personable. We’ll be using them again for sure.
They came to fix my ac 3 times when I moved into my modular home because it would completely freeze. the thermostat was set between 68-70. I had them come out recently they messed around for 10-15 minutes I don’t think he even did anything. I come home today from going to the store and it’s completely frozen again. This company is awful I wouldn’t recommend them for anything I would give them -5 stars if I could. Every time this company comes out and touches my ac unit something messes up.
Was assigned this company through my home warranty company. They came out within 24 hours of me filing a service request. when here, he said he couldnt access the capacitor or blower because the unit was installed not to code. he didnt check the outside unit at all. He was very nice but fixated on the unit not being to code, said he would file with the warranty company immediately as it was going to be in the upper 90s the entire week. the following day i called the warranty company to get an update, they said that they recieved a partial diagnosis and couldnt move forward without a complete one. they reached out to them and got not answer through the phone or email. the next day the same thing and two days after that. i had enough and had buds come out since they installed the original system. their technician diagnosed the problem within 30 mins inside and a problem with the outdoor unit. he replaced the parts and had the entire system functioning like normal within an hour. he even stayed to make sure the temp in the house was steadily dropping. I called my warranty company yesterday and they recieved an update from these guys only it was about the system not being to code. with no end in sight and ZERO communication or urgency from this company im glad i took the hit and paid buds to come out instead of waiting for this company to respond.
horrendous communication although the tech they sent out was nice enough.
Customer service is the worse. My home warranty assigned them my service order. I called them and the nice lady tried to get me in the next day but was unable to do so. She said maybe after the weekend on Monday and I agreed. So I waited and waited and waited. Nothing. Nearly 3 weeks later I called and provided service order number and they state they don't have any record of it. I then call warranty back and they say that the company suddenly emailed them stating they don't service the area, which proves they have record of it. Bunch of liars.
Day 0. Realize I have no AC and find home warranty info. Day 1. Called warranty co. and set up inspection/repair of my AC. Day 2. 1st call from All County Air, LLC(ACA) 10:33am checking my availability. 2nd call at 12:05 letting me know they're on the way. They arrive, are on site less than 15 minutes and diagnosed the compressor as bad. I presumed they were competent and this was correct. I pay the warranty fee to them. Day 7. I get an email from the warranty co. letting me know the parts have been ordered and are expected to arrive by end of day 12. Day 8. Update check email from home warranty co. I responded as 'In Progress'. No further emails. Day 14. I've heard nothing and leave my first voicemail for ACA @7:06pm. Day 15. No return call. Call again at 1:42pm & 6:29pm. Leave a second voicemail on the second call. Day 16. Call again at 4:57pm, leave third voicemail. I check my own voicemail in case I'd missed a call, no messages. Day 19. Call again @9:45am. Leave a voicemail to please call me. Call warranty co. They can also not get to ACA and leave a message to call me. Tell me to call back in 24 hours if I haven't heard anything. Day 20. I call the warranty co. They try again. They leave another message for ACA to contact me. I advise I'm going to cancel the payment if I don't hear something soon. Day 21. I make this timeline of events and post the negative review of my experience so far.
I we could rate this company a ZERO, we would......
Fact: We had this company come out to give us a quote on cleaning our coil. The deductible was $100. Since the technician didn't know if our warranty company would pay for the service, he suggested we wait on the deductible until he heard back from the warranty company.
Fact: After a couple of weeks we tried to contact this company to find out if our warranty company would pay. This company never answered the phone and never returned our calls or texts. Soon after, we get a nasty voice mail from the warranty company stating this company went behind our back and complained to them that we never paid the deductible. We then tried contacting them many more times asking for a bill, but they never ever replied.
Fact: In the Spring we had signed a preventative maint agreement with this company to service our HVAC, once in the Spring, and again for Winter. Yesterday, I left a voice mail asking for our Winter service. Today they replied to us for the first time since the initial service call. Their response stated that since we never paid the deductible that they would not perform the Winter service and that they were cancelling our maint agreement.
Warning: Learn from our lesson. We tried many times to resolve the issue but this company completely ignored our attempts to contact them and cancelled our maint agreement without any prior notice or warning.
BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They were assigned to us by our warranty company to fix air conditioning
First time. Came for 10 Mins. Fiddled around with air conditioner and left. Still didn't work Second time they came back, spent another 10 minutes "fixing" it. And left. It still didn't work. Each time he came back I had to spend another day in a 90 degree house in August. I'm not certain that anything was done other than taking my $100. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. DONT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Our warranty company assigned them to our job. They were very responsive and did a great job in getting our heat on again. Thank you Rick and team.
