Cannon is an excellent choice for any Natural Gas or plumbing projects. They established all our needs for the outdoor kitchen and shower and supplied water to our Dock. Troy and his team were punctual and professional. Neely is excellent at returning calls and getting you that first available appointment.

It was of the coldest days of the year!! my heating system went out. Cannon was out that day. They were able to get my system back up and running in no time at all. Unfortunately, I had to get a new system. They not only installed my new system. They were able to offer a program that made it financially affordable for my family. Cannon Heating and Air Conditioning were extremely responsive and professional. Neely, the receptionist, ensured our service request was handled in a timely manner. We had them install a new gas range after our old one quit working on Thanksgiving morning. The installers were professional and cleaned up after the installation was complete. My Fiancé Aaron and I had a service contract with a larger HVAC Corporation. We were having issues with our system, and multiple times they sent out a tech. After the 3rd or 4th visit they recommended looking at replacement with a brand new system, which we were not prepared or in a position to do.

A family member recommended that we have Cannon Heating & A.C. come out and take a look. Even though we are out in Williamsburg, Mr. Cannon was prompt, Professional, and within an astonishingly short time had repaired our system! He gave us some recommendations to upkeep our system, and while he did confirm that we do need to be preparing for the inevitable replacement of our older system, he fixed the immediate issue, gave us valuable recommendations, and did not try to upsell us a brand new system.

It is very challenging to have a problem in your home which is affecting your health, but you cannot identify it. I called Cannon Heating and Air Conditioning and within 15 minutes Mr. Cannon had identified a fiberglass leak which was burning my skin and making me very ill. He removed the fiberglass and I have had no other problems. I call Mr. Cannon, "My Hero!" This is a business you can count on throughout the years. They have serviced my heating and air conditioning systems for 18 years. I am so grateful to them for their professionalism, but also for their kindness and concern for their customers.

Had a range vent needing to be replaced. Called a few companies no one seemed to want to handle the issue that was a simple replacement project. Had another company attempt to bait and switch the project to a bird cage and not a vent cover. Called Cannon Heating and got what I needed completed in a timely manner and at an affordable price. We have used Cannon Heating &A/C for the past few years. We have three separate HVAC systems and a mini-split. Cannon has maintained and repaired our systems to our complete satisfaction. We would not use any other company to maintain our systems since we can count on Cannon to do it right and at a reasonable price.
