Cannon Heating & A/C LLC

My heat pump went out when it was 30 degrees outside and Cannon service was prompt and friendly. Repairs were made quickly and I have heat again.

The problem is they are not accessible. They put in our HVAC system last summer and it has worked fine until a few weeks ago. When I tried calling, I got the VM saying to leave a message, but the mail box was full. Today, the same problem is happening and after trying to reach out to them I got the same message...mailbox full. They are not picking up and they are not allowing their customers to leave messages for call backs.

Service agent did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and corrected system. He has been to my home in the past and has the technical knowledge to troubleshoot.

This is the best Heating/Air/Plumbing company I've ever used! Troy and the rest of the guys are awesome. Very honest and trustworthy. I'm a real estate agent and property manager and use them a LOT!

Very pleased with my experience. Water heater wasn't heating and they came out to inspect and repair my water heater as opposed to insisting on a replacement as others had done. He even showed me what was wrong so I could troubleshoot it next time.

Full kitchen remodel. Moved existing plumbing and installed new plumbing. Installed new gas line. Installed dishwasher and garbage disposal. Installed two sinks with plumbing and accessories. Installed hood vent and duct work. Installed cooktop and hooked up gas line. Accomplished all permits. WORLD CLASS PROFESSIONAL WORK!

Quick to respond to needs, sensitive to scheduling considering no heat, prices more than reasonable. Will continue to use Cannon for HVAC needs. Will recommend always.

Cannon installed an new HVAC unit at The River Church and the new system is working excellent. Great customer service was provided during and after the installation.
