I was so nervous about being taken advantage of and Robert not only eased my fear, but made me a customer for life. This company is honest,professional,prompt and quick.. o and did I mention reasonable and fair pricing! Thank you for taking care of me and my AC is running like when I first got it.

They did a great job installing a new heat pump. Hendrix helped with financing and even completed the installation in the rain. We were offered choices on systems ranging from good, better, and best. So far we are very happy with the system we chose. I would highly recommend Hendrix to anyone looking for quality and financing options.

They are very professional and communication is excellent! Joe and Robert knows exactly what they are doing and they make sure the work is complete. Heather in the office is excellent in setting up the appointments and making sure your work is complete and done right. If you need a trustworthy and good people to work on your system don’t hesitate to call them!

I called for a quote and they were able to come the next day. The worker was kind enough to explain in detail what was wrong with my HVAC and the different options that are available to me. He was descriptive and patient. Also, told us about their financing options. We contact again if I have any issues in the future!

Had a late notice job I needed done, called Hendrix and they made it happen for me. Although it was after hours, they sent their tech out and less than an hour after placing a call Robert was out to the house to help me out. Although the unit is old they were able to repair without a replacement and he had me going in about 30 Min. If you are in Williamsburg or surrounding areas I would def recommend Hendrix. As a business owner I can really appreciate good customer service and honest work. Hendrix will be my go to for any HVAC needs I may have in the future.

Found out today my furnace had an issue. I ended up getting told by a friend to contact Hendrix who spoke highly. When I called the lady on the phone was beyond professional, sweet and supportive. Then they were able to get me an appointment within 2 hours after I called which is rare. When they showed they were fast professional and were able to get a replacement part and get my issues fixed very fast. I was beyond shocked! From their texting communication to their emails they have it all down.

I’m very picky and stubborn and this company is doing it all right. Highly recommend and will definitely recommend.

I have used Hendrix Heating and Air twice within the past 6 months, and they have been nothing short of amazing! The previous owners of my home cut a lot of corners that left my AC and Heat struggling. I was able to get quick service and get my systems running back the way they’re intended to. I’m always amazed with the service and pricing! Would recommend this business time and time again!

Called about our heater not working… Joe showed up 20 minutes later, fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Stayed and fixed another issue we didn’t know about. He ordered a part and we are waiting for him to come back and replace it. Such a nice guy, very professional. Joe has customers for life now. Thank you for going above and beyond our expectations.

I appreciate how professional this business was from start to finish. The person that does the scheduling was so sweet. Joe came out pretty much right away, and was able diagnosis and fix the issue in maybe 20 minutes? He was honest and even took the time to re-explain to my spouse on the phone what the issue was. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I called Hendrix because we thought there was an issue with our HVAC system. Joe returned my call within the hour. He listened to my concerns and asked questions. He assured me what I was noticing was normal. He could have easily told me he needed to do a service call. Because of this interaction I had him come out the next week to do routine maintenance. He arrived on time and answered my questions. He was professional and honest. I plan on using him for routine maintenance and/or any repairs we may need down the road.
