He and Joe each have 20+/- years of experience, so bring lots of knowledge to what they do, as well as an orientation to customer service... Thanks!

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Joe Hendrix’s services whom was recommended to me by a friend. I have received great service from them each time, 1st was an AC repair and 2nd was a Furnace Installation. Both times, they were available to come out same day with no hesitation and kept in constant communication, even through the holidays. They were able to answer every question in detail and made me feel comfortable about what my property was getting done. Will definitely use them again when time comes!

Hendricks showed up on time, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and got our AC running again much faster and much cheaper than we were expecting!

Every time I have used Hendrix Heating & Air wether I deal with staff or the owner Joe himself it is always an absolute pleasure. He gets to us same day we call sometimes with in minutes. He has come out after 8pm to help us service our unit. He replaced my old AC unit within an hour we were back up & running! He & his staff are knowledgeable & willing to educate. I would never want to use anyone else. This is a company that you can trust! I 10/10 recommend to family friends & strangers.

My first experience with this company was just a phone call when my heat wouldn't turn on, I had checked the fuse and thermometer and couldn't find the issue. The Gentleman who answered suggested the emergency switch had been flipped. It was in fact that and I was very grateful he was sp honest and willing to help me instead of charge me to come look at a non issue. I now have signed up for their regular maintenance plan.
