The plumber replaced a new fitting on our existing gas line for a new gas grill. He was very friendly, professional and arrived on time. We were pleased with the service. The scheduler was very friendly and professional too.

Foster has taken care of my HVAC system for several years. Whether it's for annual maintenance or for repairs, every technician has been very professional. I recommend Foster to all!

Scheduling good, work accuracy fair, pricing higher (poor). This is for the past 12 months. Plumbing repair for toilet was $644. Water heater install was fair.
A/C system was good.

I don’t know…initial contact was positive, I thought the price was fair, and they got me scheduled quick….but then they left me with a blown out hole at my front hose bib and told me how I can fix it. I did, but I don’t believe I should have had too, so 2 stars.

We’re still under warranty, so I can’t attest to the value. We’ve had several plumbing issues with our new construction, and Foster’s has been great to promptly address each one.

I called Foster Heating and Plumbing concerning my mom’s furnace. The people in the office were very friendly and very helpful. They sent a service person that afternoon. I was impressed with their knowledge, their friendly personalities, their professionalism and their follow up. I’ve used them before and will definitely use them again!

I had requested a quote to replace my down stairs HVAC. The technician thoroughly looked at the current system and verified that there are issues. He patiently explained possible solutions and the associated benefits and drawbacks.

I have used Foster's mainly for heating and cooling for over 8 years. Some repairs have been on the more expensive side but everything is always fixed to last the longest. I really trust their workmen.

Tim was great! Answered questions and explained what had happened during an emergency repair on Christmas Eve that was not resolved. He repaired the issue and assisted me in getting a refund for services that were not previously provided.

They came to repair a leaking toilet. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. . Staff was compitent and courtious.
