Bower Heating & Air Conditioning

An acquaintance recommended Bower and I couldn't be more pleased at the service I received! The moment I called and spoke to the very friendly staff, I knew the right decision had been made! They continued to impress me with their prompt service, quality product, and professionalism. I especially appreciated receiving a phone call for a courtesy check to make sure the air conditioner was working properly after the unit was installed the season before. Sam spent time carefully inspecting the unit, made some adjustments, and even changed our filter during the courtesy appointment (plus, he took the time to casually chat as I was outdoors planting some spring flowers). Thanks Bower...I will continue to speak highly of your services!

Our 1962 oil furnace decided it didn't want to cut on this morning. After calling for an appointment, they were able to get a tech out just a couple hours after reporting the problem. Zeke was FANTASTIC!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT DEAD!!! Patient, well spoken, and had such great manners! There is a reason I won't call another company - 5 STARS ALL. DAY. LONG!

Aaron was on time, he was quick to determine the issue and at least so far, our air conditioning unit is quiet like it should be!

To my luck my heat pump went out just as the weather turned cold. I called upon this company and received a prompt service technician come out to diagnose my problem for $100. He told me what he thought the problem was but required another test for $130. I agreed. The tech diagnosed the problem and said that the company would get back with a quote and scheduling. I called two days later because I had not heard anything and the receptionist told me the quote was sent via email in the note section of the receipt for services. The quote in fine print -$2200 for the replacement of an accumulator, parts and labor. Meanwhile I had someone else come and replace the accumulator for $100 + $600 parts and labor. Do your homework folks! Inflation is bad, supply and demand is challenging but these companies are taking advantage of people.

The first difference I noticed between Bower and "a guy with a truck" that I usually wind up with, is that they have someone manning their phone and capturing pertinent information. Heatherly took my info and quickly called back to give me appointment time that day. Not only did she tell me, but I got email confirmation and they were there in an hour. The unit is old and they had to order a part which came in within 2 days and they called and emailed time to install.
The service technician, Aaron, contacted me to let me know he was on his way, and is so professional in his appearance and explained everything to me. He took payment and I immediately got an emailed receipt and confirmation that job completed.
I happened to mention to several friends at an event that Bower was scheduled, and all of them referenced Aaron and the outstanding service of Bower. I am extremely pleased!

High quality service and products. They were quick and efficient and easy to get along with. No worries on any level. Our heating bills have been SO low with the new unit. We are so happy with them.

I can not thank Bower enough! I reached out to them after feeling I was getting the run around from another local company. The staff are professional and I couldn't be any happier that I called them. After having no AC, they were able to get a new unit asap and had me scheduled for a install the same week. Veronica and Heatherly in the office are awesome! Not only did I receive the best estimate, but we're able to do it faster than anyone else. But... Let's get to the two guys that rocked it out. Dwayne and Christian are incredible! They were on time and very professional. They battled the weather during the install and never let their professionalism change. Great service! Our AC broke on a very hot day and Zeke from Bower Heating and Air arrived within an hour and a half of our phone call for emergency service and resolved the issue. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made the repair in just 15 min as he had the part on hand. Very responsive, timely, and professional. We are so thankful for the prompt friendly service!
