Woods Family Heating & Air Conditioning

AC capacitor went out on the 4th of July holiday and the hottest day so far this summer. I work from home so was important to get it fixed quickly. We called left a message was called back in 10 minutes. He came within another 20 minutes replaced the part and we are cooling down. All in less than a hour. We love these guys. He was super nice too! Highly recommend.

Ryan called 30 minutes prior to arrival and was on time polite and professional. He explained the importance of servicing and air.filter replacement.
Woods has been awesome every time since the day of our proposal and installation!!

On May 31st Jeff Woods did the annual A/C system maintenance. Jeff has always done an outstanding service job for us since 2004. He has given us great recommendations when we replaced our A/C and Heating Units. His recommendations saved us a lot of money on our utility bills. I cannot recommend Woods Family Heating & Air enough!! We closed on our first home in January and our HVAC broke 😞. We were looking for both a reliable and knowledgeable company to do the work. When Jason Adams came to our home to talk to us about the different units that were offered and how they could help us we were blown away by his professionalism and his ability to explain everything in detail and in a way we understood. Jason is a true asset to Woods Family Heating & Air and we are so glad we were able to work with him!

I also want to take the time to give a huge shout-out to the two men that installed our new unit! They were very professional and respectful of our home. They were neat and organized with their work, cleaned up after themselves and even took their shoes off when they were on our carpet!

I am truly amazed with the quality of the work, how respectful their team is and most importantly how they treated us like family and not just another customer!

We’ve been using Woods to service our HVAC since we bought the house more than 12 years ago, and the previous owners used Woods prior to that. They’ve been helpful and reliable in that time and we’re glad to continue using them for our heating/cooling needs.

Jeff came by today to do a system cleaning and check. He was super nice and did a great job! We have been very happy with our HVAC that Scott sold us about 5 years ago. Great service and excellent customer service!

James arrived a little early and called first which I loved. Often service calls with other companies run later than expected or even move days. It’s spring and things are busy but they got me right in within days of my call. He fixed the unit on the spot and it’s the first hot day of the year so I’m happy!
