Woods Family Heating & Air Conditioning

In October 2018 my heat went out. I had called around to find someone to come out and the only company that could come the same day was Woods Family. Actually Jeff Woods came to our house at 7pm on a Friday night! Discussed options and since our system was 20 years old we decided to replace everything. 4 years later and still as happy as I was day one. We have the maintenance contract so we have preventative maintenance twice a year. We love when Jeff comes out for our maintenance! Always friendly and very helpful!

Today 3-9-23…5 months after the above comment- Jeff was back out this morning to do our spring maintenance. It is always a joy to have him come out! I can’t recommend Woods Family enough!

This was my semi-annual check-up, and as usual, Jeff did a terrific job of evaluating my system while explaining and showing me important tips and details. I always appreciate his thorough and thoughtful approach. He always provides exceptional customer service. Thanks, Jeff!

I expected an $89 service fee. The technician came in, took my thermostat off the wall, scraped some battery acid off the battery pack, popped it back on, and it worked perfectly. He was in my house less than five minutes. He then tried to charge me $239 for the "repair." Unbelievable. I called the office, and they gave me a "courtesy discount" of $30 plus a Val Pack coupon, but still charged me $159. I was happy to pay $89 for his time, and would have gladly paid for any actual repair, but this was a rip-off. I will never use this company again.

Came out to give an estimate for new heat pump and air handler unit. Jason was very knowledgeable and went through everything with me. I would definitely recommend them coming out to your house. Will try to update if we use them for the upgrade!

We’ve used Woods multiple times for repairs to our HVAC systems, and they have always been responsive, honest, and very professional. Our most recent experience with James (our technician) was no exception! He was knowledgeable and capable and got us back up and running in no time - invaluable with the temperatures this time of year!

Brian called to say he was on the way. He changed my filter and we discussed duct cleaning and adding a part to my gas furnace with ozone to help with purifying the air. Very nice and helpful explaining all options. Thank you Brian and WOODS Htg & AC !

Ryan did a very nice job with the maintenance and explained some info to me. Just wish they would of called and let me know that he was running an hour late. All else was great and they even price matched their competition
