Air 1 Mechanical Heating Cooling Plumbing

Have been using Air 1 for years. Excellent service. Unit went out on Wednesday, called Thursday morning and they visited Thurs afternoon. Decided to replace unit and they did that Friday afternoon. Fernando and his crew did an excellent, professional job. I would recommend this company highly and without reservation.

My 12 years AC unit no longer produced cold air so I had two service companies look at it. I did my online review already before I selected the companies. I liked what the AC technician from Air 1 told me.

Since my neighbor just replaced theirs I know how much they spent (they got a Lennox). I actually talked to Lennox dealer at Costco because they had a "sale" at that time but the price quote I got from Air 1 was much lower than my neighbor and Costco; on top of that I got a much better brand - Carrier. I immediately decided to give them the business.

The technician was very professional and did great job installing it, the process was "uneventful". Now it's three months later and I have no issue with it.

I recommend this company for their excellent service and price. I will use them again in the future.

First Italo came and gave us an estimate, and then Jay and his associate replaced our HVAC system, June 2019.
Both Italo and Jay are knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Italo told us what our options are and how to proceed. Their price was reasonable and there were no hidden fees.
After Jay and his associate were done, they cleaned up properly; they worked so hard for many hours. Our HVAC looks clean and trimmed.

I was very pleased with the work I received from the gentlemen who came to my home to diagnose an issue with my HVAC system. Although a full fix was more than I wanted to spend right now, they came up with an alternative that is working just fine. I dont know of many other contractors who would be willing to do that,

We awoke to a cold house and I immediately knew we had a problem. I really rely on online reviews so I searched near and far for a reputable HVAC company. Air 1 Mechanical seemed to have decent reviews so I gave them a call. From the initial call until the end of the service work they were the utmost professionals.
Fernando and his assistant were very considerate and even removed their shoes before entering our house. I can do several things around the house but HVAC is an area I do not like to touch. It turns out all we had was a thermostat problem. They could have fleeced me! Fernando checked EVERYTHING and even gave me very fair quotes for a system and duct cleaning. I plan on scheduling that in the next couple of weeks.

We have used them for over 3 years now - they have replaced both our systems, and done regular maintenance for us. They also have wonderful emergency appointment options too - after hours, weekends, etc. They are always so helpful and professional - both the management and the technicians are great to work with!

Air 1 provided the most professional and courteous install team I have ever dealt with. They were able to perform a complete new system install for us on short notice and in horrible weather. Highly recommend.

My AC broke last night. I called about 5-6 different places and none of them could come out till days after. A1 came out day of and quickly repaired my unit. Within 10 mins of the technician being here it was fixed. Would definitely recommend these guys for the fast and professional services!

Got next day service! Jay arrived the next morning, promptly diagnosed the issues and made repairs in under two hours total (before it got scorching hot outside and in!). A+!!
