The technician called and cared 0 about my unit going out. Was glad I canceled the appointment. Actually laughed that I asked if they had emergency service on a Saturday.

Woke up Christmas morning with no heat. Hal was able to come out within a few hours and check everything out. His professionalism and sense of urgency to come out Christmas Day really impressed us. Would highly recommend.

This unit is amazing. We have had the system for since the end of September (now December) and have seen a drastic reduction of our energy bill. This system is set to the temperature I want and maintains that temp for around a dollar a day.

I chose this unit as the cost difference between replacing our system which died in May with a new duel fuel system and the Water Furnace system was only ~$6000 after the 2022 tax credit. Judging by the savings on energy it will take no time at all to recoup the cost.

The only downside to getting this unit was the wait time. Hal and his team were ready to install but the holdup is in the procurement of the unit. Water Furnace operates on a Just in Time schedule meaning they build each unit individually after order. This caused a significant wait in the installation of the system. If you need HVAC right now and cannot make do with portable units, this is not the system for you. If you can handle the wait time, I can't speak any higher of this unit or the installation team at Atlantic Shores.

Came out to make sure my unit was ready for summer. The technician Jack was great and did a thorough job.

They replaced my hot water heater. It was in the attic. The estimate was fair and the service was exceptional.
