Rick is always very thourough. He is very kind and excellent at his trade. Just a good guy. Office staff is wonderful , Ashley, Belinda,, always helpful and friendly.

Have used this company for many years. Our technician today was Awesome. Friendly, on time and explained the service visit, what he did and how system was operating.

What GREAT customer service!!!! I called this morning and within 2 hours a technician was on his way to our home. The part needed was in stock and another technician came within an hour to install the device and we had heat. The technicians were very thorough and quick and thoroughly explained the problem. We will never use anyone else from here on out. Thank you to everyone ,including the administrative staff who got the ball going. GREAT JOB!

I called since my downstairs unit was not working with temperature at 54 degrees. My service call was responded in person within 1&1/2 hours on Sunday by Leon who was extremely polite and concise in describing what my issue would be. He mentioned right off that my inducer was quite loud which indicated it could be going bad. He suggested turn off the emergency gas switch in the house and back on. We did it several times to ensure the furnace came on and stay on which it did. He punted out the age of the unit and also the wires to clean that connects to the flames. He suggested a call from MSCO to come out with a free estimate on a new furnace. He made me feel comfortable in explaining one simple ways in which the furnace worked. In a stressful situation, he made the situation a comforting and pleasant experience. I would definitely consider MSCO for my next furnace needs. Thank you Leon.

Our old system was on its last leg. We already knew through family who used this company that they were professional and did quality work. Robert set us up and gave us all the options, never once trying to oversell us on something we didn’t need. We had a couple of the nicest guys I’ve met do the install, Tom and Eric. They made sure we still had air even during mid installation because we work from home. They did an excellent job with installation. There was one day we needed window units, and we discovered we would probably need another. Robert went out of his way to find us another rolling unit and dropped it off himself at 7pm at night. This is the best experience I have had with service in my adult life.

Great service. Rick came out to do my service check & he very efficiently cleaned the units indoor & outdoor. He made some suggestions & showed me what he might recommend. He was very pleasant & did a fabulous job. I would definitely recommend this company & Rick 💯.

Great service from the professional and respectful team during the week long installation of whole house HVAC, thermostat, and new ductwork/returns, etc. to the follow up twice a year maintenance. Technicians and installers have been most instructive and helpful during installation as well as on follow up appointments. We highly recommend this company!
