Wonderful experience all around. These folks were professional, quick, responsive, and took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. I used them for an AC installation I scheduled a quote appointment over text and once I picked an option, they came out to install within 2 weeks. I have a 3 story home without much room to work with, but they were able to find a great spot for the unit and route the necessary cabling all the way down from the attic. And the AC has been working great these past few hot days. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking to get air conditioning installed.

Working with Essential Heating and Air was incredible! After getting 4 quotes for a heat pump system (and removal of the old furnace) from various companies, Essential Heating and Air was very reasonably priced and during the quote demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism.

Our new home is a unique one to say the least. The team had a very, very long install day(s) as they found solutions to various physical barriers on property. They were independent, finding creative solutions without needing to disturb us while we were working. They ensured the work was correctly permitted and met Seattle codes, and scheduled the inspection. They also were all very, very polite to us and respectful of the property!

After Day 1, we shared feedback about the original not-cute-look of the tubing on the exterior of the home. Ben and other support team members returned to find a solution that was more visually appealing. Now it looks incredible - clean, professional, and super protected. The entire team was very invested in our total satisfaction with the end result.

Overall, throughout the process we felt supported, had a point of contact (shout out to David for answering all of our calls/texts throughout the days and evenings), and now have an effective heating and cooling system installed!!! 10/10 would recommend these to anyone who is tired of getting vague answers or getting marked up quotes for work that is not required. Essential Heating and Air was awesome!

This post is way overdue but glad to share the wonderful job these guys did. Even after 1.5 years my A/C installation and the performance of this unit has been solid. It speaks to the workmanship of Ben and Serge who I had the pleasure of having over at my house. I remember when these guys were in their beginning stages of business along with Ruben and it’s no surprise they continue to grow and become a successful company. It’s the people and the leadership here at Essential HVAC that makes you appreciate honest and quality services. They will always be my #1 source for HVAC. It turns out my neighbor wanted to go through them the following year after he noticed how sleek my unit was off to the side of the house. Glad Ben, Serge, and Ruben are doing well and wish them much success!

Amazing HVAC company to work with!! Got a new Mitsubishi heat pump installed with them and the experience was great!! Clean installs as seen in the photos, super responsive on a couple of follow up items like installing wifi connectivity for the custom thermostat and county inspections. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for your HVAC needs!!

I was wanting more comfort in my whole house to be cooler in our very warm summer months, and decided to get central air installed. David came out and explained all my best options that I was looking for (he is THE BEST!) They managed to squeeze my install into their very busy schedule -- just in time before the hot summer days! Andrew and his crew did a superb job adding a heat pump with air conditioning, locating the unit on the opposite side of my house like I wanted. All the connections and whole installation was very professionally done, and I couldn't be happier with their work and service! I ultimately chose Essential Heating and Air because of their quality, price, customer service and care, as well as their long warranty on all parts and labor. I highly recommend them!

This was a great experience for us from the initial contact through the installation process. We were replacing our oil furnace with a heat pump to add air conditioning.
We had three estimates, and Ruben was by far the most thorough in asking questions to determine our exact needs, checking off their needs and building a quote that worked for us. He provided us with different options and was low key with no pressure throughout the process.
Essential was in the middle price wise but we went with them because of their professionalism, and felt their bid was the most comprehensive and would not leave us with questions at the end.
They let us know as they were on their way, and showed up exactly on the time they had scheduled. The team let us know what their plan was, and kept us updated throughout the day.
It was a full day, they did not finish until 7PM, and had technical issues that prevented them from starting the units.
They let us know that the owner would be there first thing the next morning to troubleshoot the issue. Ben showed up exactly on time and resolved everything. He spent the time to acquaint us with all the workings, and the new thermostat.
Everything was exactly as promised, cleaned up, and now works exactly as advertised.
Financing was quick and easy with a two year 0% interest loan.
I would give five stars, and recommend Essential to anyone for their heating/cooling needs.

We got countless quotes and theirs was not only the best, but also was transparent and timely. Essential Heating System is a very professional and honest company. We did several estimates with both big/mid size companies but they offered us the best pricing without compromising quality. Always available to answer questions at anytime. They worked relentlessly during the installation and we are very happy with our new heating and cooling system!

We just had Esential Heating and Air install a ducted heat pump system in our 1913 home. The team worked from 10 am until 7 pm to make sure everything was perfect. They cleaned everything up nicely and were very protective of our surrounding items. They were very professional and did a great job explaining how everything worked to us and even to our 10-year-old son who had his own set of questions! We would definitely work with Essential H&A again, and will be recommending them to our design clients!

Had a great experience with Essential Mechanical installing air conditioning in our home. They were friendly and professional, as well as quick! We had a quote done and it turned out that they had the equipment we wanted in stock and were able to install it within two weeks, and the day of installation only took about 6 hours. They also installed a new thermostat for us, which we had purchased elsewhere ourselves. Everything was done neatly and we are very happy with the result! Can’t wait to fully use it next summer!
