Essential Heating and Air

We had hired Essential Mechanical for installing AC. Their service was excellent. The salesperson Ruben was thorough and explained us the work in detail. Technician Ben and his team were highly skilled and professional. They constantly kept us up to date on the progress and challenges. After the job was done, we had some questions about the fan schedule, so technicians visited us and answered our questions. Great experience! Great quality of work. Most importantly it was easy to get on their schedule! We highly recommend Essential Mechanical Services.

Had new heat system put in the original installer disappeared before job was done. Essential heating came in had to order missing parts also redo the work. They did great work made sure everything working then came back out to help me operate correctly Great company

Extremely trustworthy and professional. A couple weeks ago my heater stopped working, I called a well known company to fix my furnace. After a few hours, I was told the igniter was bad, then a list of other things that needed to be fixed and an option to replace my furnace altogether. I was quoted $5k to fix everything, $450 to replace just the igniter and $12k to replace the furnace. I went with just replacing the igniter. I was told I need a new furnace and the tech/salesperson kept pressuring me to get the new furnace. I decided to get a second opinion. After a few days since the igniter was changed, my heater went out again. I yelped furnace repair and put in a request with different companies. Essential Heating & Air were the first to reply and the quickest to make it out to me. Got a diagnostic that my pressure sensor was building up and then we requested a new furnace quote and they quoted us half of what we were quoted by another company. The tech fixed the pressure for now and we paid half up front to get our new furnace installed 3 days later. The techs came on time and quickly got our new furnace up and running with little interruption. It took about 3 hours for them to remove our old furnace and install the new one. Completely satisfied and thankful I got a second opinion. We will continue to use Essential Heat & Air in the future for all our Heating & Air needs.

We hired Essential Mechanical to remove our oil furnace and replace it with a heat pump and an electric backup furnace. I couldn't be happier with the process. Everyone I worked with, from the initial sales call, to the installation team, was so friendly and professional. It was a much better experience than I've had with most other home improvement companies.

Essential Mechanical did a great job installing our AC unit! They were very detailed in answering any questions we had and were very thorough in their review after installation to ensure the AC was working well. They cleaned up well too.

I really had a great experience with Ruben and his team (Ben, Andrei and Sergiu) for installing the Heat-pump and a new Furnace at our home. They were very competitive with the overall project cost and are very professional. When Ruben came out to give us the quote he took all the measurements, checked our home vents/returns and thermostat wiring which no other company's representative did. He spent nearly an hour explaining to me what will be the best equipment for my home instead of just selling the most expensive one. Ruben was very responsive in the overall process. He replied to all my texts and calls and answered all my questions before the installation day.
On the day of the installation the crew (Ben, Andrei and Sergiu) showed up on time and walked me through the process. They were thorough, Knowledgeable and cleaned up after the work was done. They went above and beyond to get our nest thermostat installed and working. It wouldn't have been possible with our old wiring and adding new wires was an additional work (which other companies upfront said won't be possible and gave other options). I am glad that I went with Essential Mechanical and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We installed an AC unit into our existing furnace. From the time we first contacted them and through the install the folks at Essential Mechanical were responsive and friendly. When they showed up and got the entire thing installed in one day, and happy to explain what they were doing throughout the process. The system works great. Installed a 3 unit a/c split system on our townhouse. The entire crew was super nice, friendly, and professional. They wrapped up things on time and the finished work looked clean and high quality. On price, I believe they offered great value for the quality they delivered.
