This is one of the most helpful, honest and courteous companies out there. For as long as they are here, I will be a customer.

We've had issues with our furnace/air and Doug fixed it; another time he made a special trip (in the dead of winter) to help us. He had to order parts, told us what the price for the parts would be and why; did the install and gave us a very reasonable price. There was no price gouging.

Doug came out another time and the bill was incredibly, reasonable then, too. I love these people.

Chris is the epitome of courteous; she answers the phones.

One company that we previously, dealt with was a joke. They were 2 hours late (7 pm), they sent a rookie; charged $100+ and couldn't fix it because he did not know what was wrong. THEN, this guy had the NERVE to try and sell us a new furnace! REALLY? You don't know what's wrong, but we need a new furnace? Uh - NO!

Doug is terrific! He has installed new furnaces in 2 of our homes and replaced a water heater as well! His advice help us to have gas installed in our rental home, making the cost of utilities drop tremendously! East Hill will always be our go to heating and cooling company!

We have been using East Hill Heating & Cooling for close to 20 years now. First, in our Federal Way home and then when we moved to our Auburn home. They have repaired both furnace and hot water tanks over the years and also replaced them when needed. ( each home had different issues ). They have also installed digital thermostats in each home when we asked them to do so. Our new home had some issues underneath that we were unaware of when we bought it. It is a manufactured home.
Doug crawled underneath, made the repairs and rewrapped all of the duct work to fix the problem. They have always fit us into their swamped schedule and never suggest replacing, when repairing is a better and more economical option. We trust them completely! I am writing this today because we noticed a leak this morning in our hot water tank. It is the old, original one. Christy called Doug and he drove by our place on his way to his originally planned job. Their customer service is AMAZING and I do not look forward to the day they finally retire.

I cannot say enough good things about Doug and Christy from East Hill Heating and Cooling. Four years ago, Doug installed a new furnace in my parent's home and they were very happy with the service and the product. This summer, after a difficult medical diagnosis which left my parents house-bound, we reached out to Doug to explore the possibility of adding Air Conditioning to my parent's furnace in an effort to make the house and my dad more comfortable in the warm weather. Doug was prompt, kind, and efficient in his assessment of options for my parents. Both he and Christy patiently answered our many different questions as we moved through the decision making process. We later learned that after the initial visit to discuss AC, Doug and Christy had proactively ordered the necessary parts so that when/if my parents decided to move ahead, they wouldn't have to wait. They went out of their way to support our family through a difficult situation and made my dad's comfort a priority during a busy time of year for their business. Their kindness and integrity continued throughout the installation process and beyond. These are good people who are committed to running a solid business based on outstanding service, outstanding product, and deep respect for their customers. Thank you, Doug and Christy!

For all our heating and cooling needs, we have used East Hill Heating and Cooling yearly with great satisfaction and confidence in a job well done. They are always responsive, able to perform with great expertise, with friendly and courteous service. They are affordable and dependable. No better accolade than that!

I have had East Hill repair my old heat pump, and then install a new system. I found the prices fair, and the work quality excellent. I don't see any reason to spent more money to go with the large, high overhead companies. Doug is great and really knows his stuff. Recommended

Very impressed with East Hill. Just replaced both my furnace and AC and they were just the outfit for the job. They had competitive pricing and their installation was quick. They showed up on time and everything went very well.

Doug was excellent, my furnace stopped working and I was afraid I was going to be out a ton of money. They showed up same day, and Doug was able to fix my furnace in just under an hour and was on his way, for a very reasonable amount, the week before Xmas. I will be calling them again when I am ready to replace the furnace. They are the best!

Doug & his wife were great. They came out as quickly as they could on short notice and worked quickly to get a new furnace in after ours died. He answered my multitude of questions and was super professional. I bit part of how I review is also how they leave the space when they are finished with the work, and everything was cleaned and very professional.

They did a top-notch quality job installing my new gas furnace and all new ducting. Their bid for the job was very competitive and completed the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
