Bodie came out to give me an estimate on replacing my heat pump and gas furnace. Showed up on time, clean cut, and was very knowledgeable. He did a complete calculation on our home at no charge! Needless to say we ended up buying a Mitsubishi system from them. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great price and honest place to do business.

The gentleman that came to our home was very friendly and knowledgeable with our heat pump. He did a great job cleaning our unit inside and outside. I was very pleased with this company and would refer them to anyone who needs their units cleaned or serviced!

Great company to work with. They installed a ductless heat pump in my home earlier this year and made sure that I maximized my rebates for upgrading from a less efficient heat source. Their installer was a skilled tradesman who thoughtfully considered the entire job as it related to other systems within the home, future renovation plans, etc.

Had my furnace servicedo by technician Donavan. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was done quickly and took some extra time to take a look at my gas fireplace for no charge. Great customer service. Will use these guys again for my furnace needs.

I had several estimations done IOT get my money's worth in a central A/C system installed in my home. All gentlemen who came out were courteous (for the most part). Most didn't try to sell me anything that I wasn't asking for to begin with. The prices quoted to me ranged from around $6,500 to around $11,500+. I went with Randy at Pacific Air because I learned more from him and I genuinely didn't feel like I was getting hosed. BH in Oly tried making several thousand off of me in commission. When a company can't/won't give you a good breakdown of what your money is really paying for, I find that to be an issue.. Great team here.
