The company changed what they told us regarding warranty coverage. They informed us our warranty coverage was only with the original home builder (new home) after previously noting it was covered. They continually made errors and took repeated visits to determine the errors they made. We received a letter in which they did not document all conversations. We reached out to the Better Business Bureau and the company did not respond to them.
Our heat pump/air conditioner went out during the heat wave of 2021. Every company in town was swamped. Advanced Mechanical was one of the few companies who would even return my phone call. I needed to replace the 20 year old unit. I was able to get quotes from three companies and their quote was the best by approximately $1,000. They had a quote to me that day while the others took over a week. They put in the new unit and it turned out that there was also a problem in my furnace. They worked on it for another whole day and got everything up and running perfectly. Even with the additional work and parts, they kept to the original quote. Every worker that came out gave 100% in hot conditions and were extremely informative. The technitions were incredible. My wife and I are in awe of the service that we received! Integrity is the word that I think of to describe Advanced Mechanical! This all during what has to have been their busiest time. Thanks, Jim.
The Advanced Mechanical Systems team exceeded my expectations throughout the process - initial call through to their follow up on service provided. AMS provides a high quality of service at an equitable price. Long list of other positives including they’re very knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, and friendly. A house I recently moved into had a heat pump / AC that stopped working in the middle of summer. Even though they were swamped with calls similar to mine, they made sure to fit me into the schedule quickly so they could get my AC running right away. I appreciate the extra time they spent explaining what I need to know about that system and their integrity to not use the opportunity to pad hours and charge more. Thankful for their service, will use again, and definitely recommend them!
Scheduled an appointment ahead of time they leave you a two hour window after 15 minutes late I called to find out what was wrong. After a long story she said I wasnt on the schedule so I said that wasn't acceptable I took the day off to take care of this and not to be notified I would take my business somewhere else. Then she found me on the schedule ? She said the tech was running late but would be there in about an hour an half. The tech was cool but the office seems to be a shambles. He took care of the bill and said the office would email my receipt a week later and no email looks like I have to rattle the chicken coupe to get my reciept. Hopefully things are better.
Way above and beyond! Their drive to get to the bottom of an ever-failing furnace was incredible. They worked day and night to solve the problems that other companies failed to repair. Quick to respond and showing honest compassion at the possibility of leaving us with a broken furnace in freezing temperatures. Just a solid company with total integrity in every way.
Horrible customer service and follow through. 1 year Warranty is worthless with this company. We used for commercial systems. Terrible follow through. Continually making excuses for bad workmanship and follow through. Do not use this company for your HVAC! Terrible
When it comes to heating and cooling technology and experience, this company knows how to design and install consistant comfort throughout an open 3 story home . Balancing the system in design and constant Temps. from the basement to the top floor, was a priority and they accomplished it, winter heating or summer cooling. It's quiet system is well worth the price paid . I could have probably gone cheaper. But not comparable. They do what they say they are going to do ,when they say they will do it, and with a positive ,professional crew. They create invisible comfort, now that's Advanced
Had a bad capacitor on my A/C unit. I called Advanced mechanical on Saturday evening and had Jason HVAC tech at my house with a new one installed by 10am Sunday morning. Jason was honest and upfront about the price for after hour service. I would highly recommend using advanced mechanical for HVAC services.
Work for a small business out in the valley and made an appointment a week in advanced and CONRFIRMED it. Got a call the morning they were supposed to send someone to fix our A/C saying they needed to cancel our appointment due to emergency services elsewhere.. after we had an appointment set up. I was told we were put at the top of the waitlist but couldn’t schedule another appointment due to the system being down. I expressed my frustration that I felt I was being treated as a priority since I had an appointment set up already. I understand the workers are spread thin with this heat wave happening, I understand we may not be an “emergency “ but we had an appointment, they canceled, and would give me a time or day on when I could possibly get the business back on the schedule. I don’t know when I’ll hear from them either. 3/10 wouldn’t recommend
One of the furnaces in my church went out. Monday morning I called the company who installed it and got an appointment for Thursday. Turns out it needed a control board which they couldn't get until the following Tuesday. They said it wouldn't matter if they could get it because there was not an opening for a service call to put it in until then anyhow. I called Advanced Thursday at 3:45. They didn't have the part either, but they got it and installed it the next morning at 9:00! And at $100 less than the company who USED to service our equipment.
So it will be warm for church Sunday morning! Thank you, I wish there were more than 5 stars.
