Yes, the work is SOLID and you would be very happy with the work if you use this company. What sold me into a forever customer was the customer service. I called to see if they offered an emergency service because my AC failed and it was 93 degrees outside and inside my home. Kira took my call and not only was she helpful but also very professional. There customer service is bar none and I guarantee they will offer service with integrity so look no further.

Air Solutions Heating & Cooling came recommended by our handyman and we couldn't be happier with their work. We live in a 100 year old house with an older boiler/original radiators and a high velocity HVAC system. Brian was experienced in our issues and helped trouble shoot cost effective solutions. He helped guide decisions could have made him more money with the same effect for us. During a recent emergency with our boiler down was at our house within hours and temporarily fixed the problem until parts came in for the real solution. Couldn't recommend him more!

Air solutions went above and beyond my expectations. I needed furnace enhancements and new duct work and they were able to get it done fast, were very knowledgeable, and really took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail. You can tell that the owner, Brian, is a solid person and cares about his clients.

Excellent customer service! They got my AC back up and running on a super hot day, which was a huge relief. They were also able to move my appointment time up a few hours in order to avoid me having to pay the after hours fee, which I greatly appreciated.

Tonight I had an HVAC emergency, with season low temps at +5 and headed to -8. Our 1920s house with a newer furnace was dropping interior temp quickly. 6:00 saturday call to the company that installed our system resulted in “we’re not doing same day responses unless you’re on our service plan.” Thanks Capihole. So i called Air Solutions and they got us on the schedule for tonight. Suffice it to say, i’m happy and warm by 10:30pm. Brian was affable, informed and figured out a few settings to make things work. No upsales or even parts. While it’s never cheap for same day service, there was value and a true rescue for us. I now understand my “smart” thermostat better, and have a contractor in my phone directory that i trust. I will refer friends.

Excellent service at a fair price. Repaired our air conditioning, was through and explained the problem. Called in the morning and was able to come urgently during a heat wave. I highly recommend Brian and will be calling him again.

Brian has come out for us twice now, once for the furnace and just today for the central air. He is nothing short of amazing! He explained everything that was wrong and how he would fix it both times. I have never seen a company take this much pride in their work and their customers. We are SO grateful for him!
