Heinrichs Home Comfort

Very good experience with Heinrich HVAC. They installed a new furnace and AC unit in my Condo. The install was a little more involved than most due to the insane configuration of my Condo building, but they overcame any challenges pretty much problem and worry free. There was a small warranty repair issue during the first month. They took care of the repair as quickly as possible.

After getting two previous companies out to look at my A/C system and getting told I needed a complete new system, I am certainly glad I got a third opinion! The world needs more honest and professional people like these. They took the time to diagnose and fix the problem instead of trying to sell me a new one. Highly recommend! Thank you.

Steve was able to replace my old AC unit in about a half day with a more efficient unit at a great price. The new unit both works and looks great!

Highly recommended! My 1979 hydronic boiler over pressurized on New Year's Eve and all its old valves decided to fail while recalibrating it leading to leaks in the basement. It also had a small gas leak in the gas controller which was long over due for repair. Heinrich's was able to replace all the bad parts quickly, professionally, and with quality parts. They were super friendly, responsive to all my questions, bled air out of all the (many) radiators, rebalanced the overflow tank, and made sure things were working / not leaking (both water and gas) before leaving. I'm impressed with the friendly professional help I got in a short time frame!Thank you all!

I don't know where to start! Steve, Lane and Max were all so professinal yet friendly and VERY knowledegable. They put up with my 2 very large dogs, did the job quickly and left everything cleaned up and working perfectly. And the most reasonably priced out of the 3 quotes I got. It doesn't get any better than Heinrichs! Strongly reccomend them!!!

Heinrichs installed a new HVAC and heat pump system for our existing home and a small addition that was being built. It was a complex job that involved running new duct work and communicating with our contractor and his crew. Steve and his team did an excellent job and went above and beyond in making sure we were happy with the system and that all the ducts were located in a way that made the most sense functionally and aesthetically. They did a great job and responded promptly to our questions, concerns, and last-minute changes.
