Heinrichs Home Comfort

On one of January's coldest Friday nights, our furnace fan motor failed. We cold-called Heinrich, and Steve called back within a half hour. We made a plan, and he showed up promptly Saturday morning and installed a new fan.
Today, we had them install a new furnace, and the work was done in 4 hours in a very professional manner.

Very professional. They explained me what will be the easiest solution for converting my modulating furnace to a non-modulating one and fixed the thermo stat. They keep you updated if the technician is getting late.

They are there only people I use. When I called to ask advice about my boiler, they helped to troubleshoot it to avoid a technician coming out. Ultimately, they had to come in site and fixed a few other things that were nagging issues created by someone else's work. Great team at Heinrichs.

I had a radon level of 4.5. Not real bad, but higher than limits stated as safe. Steve and Matt came out and put in the mitigation system. It took about 1 1/2 hours. After 2 weeks I did another radon test. The results came back at .4. Living in SE Wisconsin they do not get much lower. Thank you Heinrich’s Home Comfort for making my basement safe to be in.
