I needed a new system to replace my 26 year old AC. The KS tech (Derek) did a great job going over my options and the differences between them. They came out a few days later and installed my new system. The guys did a great job and were very friendly and professional. I’m glad I called KS!!!

I had an excellent experience w/this company! My AC/heater on the main level of my house was broken and I called; Derek came out within several hours, identified the problem, told me my options, and gave me pricing information. I decided to buy a new unit. Purchasing it was a very easy process and there was no interest on financing! The installation team came a few days later (3 very nice/friendly guys) and did an excellent job putting it in. Derek came back on the day of the installation as well as the next day to help me set up the app for my thermostat and go over all of the instructions for use. Very professional company. I plan to use them again moving forward and I suggest that you do too! They are wonderful to work with!

Jake came to our house today to correct a problem. He was very professional and polite. He did an excellent job and we appreciate the work he did. Highly Recommend!!!

Everyone I've dealt with has been very friendly and helpful. The installers Chris and Philip did a great job. Super clean work and very professional. They replaced all the mechanical parts of my system in one day.

3/22/2023 KS installed new Bryant Heating and Cooling system. The install men were very courteous and answered all questions. Lead tech has over 30yrs experience. Good service.

The technician that came to my home today (2108 Liv Drive, Trussville AL) was an absolute professional. I told me what he was going to do, he did the job, then told me what he did. He was very professional when he called to advise me that he was on his way to my home. When he arrived, he greeted me accordingly, and placed protective gear on his foot-ware before entering my home. This young man was a great example of, as we say in the military, "What right looks like". I am glad that he was my technician.

Luke & Blake were both great to work with from KS Services. Luke responded to an emergency call on Thanksgiving 2022, was friendly, kept us informed and addressed our issue quickly. In a more routine call in December 2022 to do some preventative work, Blake discovered a failed sewer pump and took the time to track down the exact same pump we had before, located one in-town and installed all in the same day. In a follow up with the sewer utility, Blake/KS Services was complimented for using the exact same pump that was installed by them instead of a lessor quality pump.

Jay came out to look at our MultiZone Mitsubishi system, incredibly well trained, knowledgeable, and professional. Most importantly they take pride in the quality of work and that is what matters with a HVAC company!

Fast, courteous and friendly. Replaced the entire 30 yr old original system within 24 hrs of call out. Competitive pricing. First time using them for HVAC, but they've done several plumbing jobs for me and I've always been happy.
