KS Services recently installed a new unit in my home. Tyler and Dustin were my install team and they did an outstanding job. They arrived right on time and were very professional. During the install, they discovered mistakes that another company had made when the old system was originally installed. Blake (the owner) made a special trip to get the parts they needed to correct the errors and brought them out to the install team. They showed me how to program my new Ecobee4 thermostat (which I highly recommend) and didn't leave a single piece of trash or a loose screw behind. They really went above and beyond to provide the best service they possibly could. My house is cooler than it has ever been and for that I have to thank KS Services. From now on, I will only use KS Services. If you need work done, I recommend that you call KS.
KS Services has done a wonderful job helping us maintain our home systems through the years and saved us money by always giving us the best set of options whenever we've needed service. When it's time to purchase new units undoubtedly we'll choose KS Services.
I had a dream with the build of my food truck. KS Services made that dream a reality. The service that I received was beyond great. They were fair and attentive to all of my request. If I had an issue, I could call Blake (owner) and he would get right on the problem. I am very happy with the outcome of my food truck. Although they had to push back our appointment twice they communicated with me the entire time and never left me wondering if they were going to show up or not. Once the technician arrived he was very professional, explained everything he would do and answered all my questions. KS has definitely earned my business and will be my go to for any heating or cooling needs.
I was listening to Leland live one day when I had received a power bill for over $700.00. If any of you are like me $700.00 might as well be $2500.00. After listening closely to the K S Services commercial I decided to give Blake a call. He came out the next day. He looked over my old units and simply said "nothing wrong with what you have"! I said but my power bill is outrageous! Blake said again, there is nothing wrong with your units except the fact that they are old and outdated. I said what do you recommend? He said point blank "if I put new units in it will save you a minimum of $250 per month, and I gaurantee it"! He offered me no interest financing and we put two brand new units in four years ago! His crew was fantastic. In and out in one day. Blake came down and went through his check list. A couple of minor adjustments were made and we were up and running. First month showed a savings of $350.00. Second month $400.00. Since then I have had K S Services regularly maintain both units. I also had them install a Mitsubishi split unit in my shop. It works great, as I knew it would and the power bill barely moved. A couple of years later I had them install a dehumidifier in my crawl space. Works great. A few weeks ago I had then move the split unit to my new shop and run all the ductwork for my screen print drier. Now they do plumbing. The perfect company as far as I’m concerned. K S Services is the only company that I recommend to all my friends, family and acquaintances. Period! Just give them a call and find out for yourself. You will not regret it!
My installation did not go as smoothly as I would have liked but KS never claimed that their installation was "good enough". They came back until it exceeded my expectations. Things don't always go according to plan, that is just a reality. It was nice to have a company do what was necessary to make sure that I was satisfied.
From the time of my initial call, to the sales staff quoting my repair, and the install of my system-OUTSTANDING service. The 2 techs performing the install were quick and efficient. Did their job, cleaned up after the install, and answered all questions. Thanks again.
5-14-20 @ 8am Dylan was the first person from KS that came out to evaluate the problem. Dylan was knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions. Because when you’re told the price is over $900.00 you ask. I’m more than sure I asked about anything that could be done about that price. I was told part was under warranty this price was labor charges. So I schedule KS to come out and repair coil. On 5-15-20 @ 8:30am Installer Andrew was polite, and on time. Asking Andrew about a discount also. The reason for the 2 stars comes from a lack of getting a 15% discount on replacement of a evaporator coil on our HVAC.The discount is clearly indicated on their website. So I called and spoke with Chase he took my information because at this point I had not received a billing invoice or receipt of payment. Because they didn’t have my email inputted correctly. Chase did return my call stating after speaking with the owner there was no way to pay me the difference now. It would have to be paid forward. The amount of the 15% should have been $136.89 and now I’m only getting $100.00 paid forward. What happened to the $36.89? I’m hoping to get this resolved. Will update this review if it happens. Because during this pandemic with only one person working this hit us hard. On Thursday 5-21-20 around 8ish Marcus called and explained that he would have a check sent to us for full amount of discount. Yes, we received a check on 5-26-20 $137.00. Thank you for serving and repairing our unit. Thank you, for promptly sending a check also. Sincerely, The Lance’s

We have hired Blake and KS Services for over 10 years now and they continue to go above and beyond each time. They are fair, honest, full of integrity, and as down to earth as it gets.
Excellent job. Professional work. Courteous. Great price. A couple of years ago we used this company to install a new HVAC system downstairs. Just now we had them install new mini-split system with airhandler for the upstairs. Unit is outstanding and extremely quiet. Overall great company to use for AC needs.
