Oasis Air Conditioning & Heating

We went days without AC in Tucson when it was getting to the low 100s. I pulled the thermostat off the wall to check the connection, checked the breakers, checked the fuses, finally called a tech to come help...the door to the furnace just wasn't fully locked. He came and had it fixed within thirty seconds. I was so embarrassed, and I was waiting for him to be so condescending that the silly woman didn't know what she was doing (as most techs would in my experience), but he was so nice about it and didn't make me feel stupid at all. He also checked my coolant levels while he was there to make sure I got my money's worth for the service call fee. I am so appreciative for the great service, and my kids and I are sooo glad to have AC again (although I'm never admitting to them why it wasn't working 😂).

We decided to replace our heating and cooling system. Received bids from 3 reputable companies. All representatives were professional and knowledgeable.
Brandy, from Oasis was excellent. We accepted the Oasis bid. The job was scheduled and completed on time. The installers were as good as I've seen. They took time to answer questions. Upon completition we were given an orientation on the workings of the new system. Early in the installation, Michael (one of the company's owners) stopped by to make sure everything was going satisfactorily.
We plan to continue an ongoing relationship with Oasis to keep our system in top form. Finally, we give Oasis our highest praise. They are definitely focused on quality work and top notch customer service. We recommend them without reservation.

The techs that installed the new ac ,Javier ,Isacc and Noel were without a doubt the best I have been associated with. I have built three homes and remodeled several others and have never encountered such pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient people. They were timely and had no problem with procedure. Teamwork was outstanding. I would recommend that crew to everyone! Brandy was also an intricate part of the process. She handled sale, scheduling and programming with a smile and made herself available for all of our needs. Oasis should be extremely proud of a crew such as this.

Great service from Oasis tech this morning! Jesus was as professional and courteous as all the techs have been since I started using Oasis for maintenance in 2017. He performed my semi-annual service with the usual skill and care I have come to expect from this local family owned business. Jesus even took the time to wipe down the duct registers to ensure a clean start for turning on my heater. My highest recommendation for this fair and trustworthy company. I have been a customer of Oasis for eight years. Service is always prompt and efficient. I have a service contract with them and they automatically call me to schedule check-ups and cleaning. I don't have to remember to contact them. The service people are always polite and Jerry, in particular is wonderful. I had a problem with my old air conditioner and he spent a great deal of time with me late on a Friday afternoon. He never rushed me when discussing what the problem was and helped me to understand my options. I recently had a new air conditioner installed and Brandy was my point of contact. In the past she has been wonderful to deal with on the phone and this time was no exception. I finally got to meet her in person. She was delightful to deal with and so helpful and efficient. Within two days of my placing the call I had a new air conditioner. From Mario, the crane man to Junior and Xavier and another man, whose name I don't recall I felt I was in very good hands. Oasis remembers their customers and treats them with kid gloves.

Oasis has been so good to work with. We have had a service agreement with them for several years and David does a terrific job. We recently had a new system installed and Carlos and Nick were very professional and timely-answered all my questions. Mike has done a great job of following up and making sure the system is working perfectly. Finally, the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Oasis to anyone who is thinking about a new AC unit, or for their service agreement.

I just had the ac/heating unit replaced at my home by Oasis. They were competent, timely ,clean and professional. From the office staff (Jasmine) to the work crew (Paul and the boys) they performed every detail brilliantly. I would highly recommend Oasis for any of your service needs.

Oasis Air Conditioning & Heating was recommended to us by our Realtor. We purchased our house and knew we would be needing a new system soon. Brandy was our Sales Person and spent a good amount of time explaining the options. We decided to go with Oasis with an install the following week.
The Techs started at 8 AM, worked thru the day and the unit was operational by late afternoon. The systems worked perfect and we now do not have any worries about an older system failing during a hot summer day.
We would recommend to any homeowner any day. Great service and very professional.

We discovered about 12:30 AM this morning that our AC was not working. We called Oasis at 8 AM and they got right back to us. They had their very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient service tech Ian to our door by 11 AM. He went right to work and diagnosed the problem, had the part to fix it and by 12 noon our AC was up a running again. They have reasonable rate and can be trusted. We highly recommend Oasis Air Conditioning and Heating. They will always be our "go to" AC/Heating repair company. THANKS IAN!!
