Oasis Air Conditioning & Heating

I have been in the HVACR business for 42 years and I can not say enough about this company!!! I am doing a Pro Bono Project and I contacted these guys and Dave met me at the project home. They had no heat or A/C for years! He evaluated the situation and said he would let me know. In a day he called me and they are installing (2) complete mini split systems "On the House!" I was completely floored by their generosity!

In this day & age every one is out to make a buck but these guys came through and showed us just how much they care about the community first and the profit second! Words can not express how much I think of this local company and of the compassion that they show! If this company is not taking care of your heating & air conditioning than you are losing out on an honest, caring, customer oriented company who go the extra mile and then some to make the customer happy! I have seen some of their installs in my neighbors homes and it is the best residential work I have seen this far in Arizona!!!

So, if you need quality service or install work and people who "CARE" about you give OASIS a call and tell them Bob Noel sent you!

I wanted to get an AC tune up and wanted to go with a company that also installed AC's from a good brand for future reference. I checked Green Valley Heating & Cooling and they only sell Daikin (Goodman) products which do not have good reviews, so I called Oasis who is a Trane dealer. I had to wait longer than expected to get the appointment (during off season) and was told the guy would be here between 8-12pm, which is quite a large window of time to wait for someone. After waiting around for 4 hours I was finally called and told he was running late. I felt they should have called me much earlier to inform me of the delay so I cancelled. When I cancelled the woman (Debbie) actually started arguing with me when i suggested that they should have called me earlier with an ETA. This was a sign of very poor customer service so I definitely made the right decision to cancel. To add to the problem, they actually sent me a bill for service that I did not receive. Unbelievable. I bought my new system, but not from this place.

Technician Darius came out to do a seasonal inspection on my A/C unit on May 3rd 2022. He was prompt, professional, friendly and went through each diagnostic step he conducted and explained what everything meant (although I probably only grasped about 5% of what his findings represented 😅). I have a two year old system and all in all it’s in great technical shape, but I wanted to establish myself with a company I could trust and must say I have found my future go-to HVAC professionals!

We had Oasis put in our new Trane AC and furnace. We are so glad we picked them! We had 5 bids - they were in the middle for price. The owner came in told us what they were going to do, how long and all the extras included. The 1st crew, Abran, Issac and Noel got right to work, they were focused, with each one having their own task. They were polite, friendly and professional, Oasis is really lucky to have them. They were here at 8:00 a.m. and done by 3:00. That involved taking out the old AC & furnace and installing the new ones. The next day the 2nd crew, Javiar and Dave came to clean out all our duck work and install a new grate and added filters. Again, hard working, focused and polite. They were done before noon. We've been here close to twenty years. Lived in 3 houses, had new AC's and work done on them. By far, hands down, Oasis is the BEST we've encountered. When you are looking for an AC company you will not go wrong to have them make a bid. Once you work with them you will know what I'm talking about, informative and professional with no hard sell.

Oasis is prompt, reliable and consistent. Michael and his fantastic team do the job and do it right. They are always respectful and trustworthy. I wish all companies in Green Valley would follow their lead and provide the consumer such top notch work and commitment.

Oasis provided all the information we needed to choose the right product for our needs. They went above and beyond to make certain that work was completed in a timely manner keeping us informed every step of the way in the process. We hardly knew they were here and left our home looking better than before the installation! Great job!

I recently purchased a Trane from Oasis. Service has been excellent from speaking with the sales representative Brandy, answering all my questions to Willie and his gang installing the unit. Job was proficient and well done. Also just received my warranty papers in the mail as Brandy promised. I feel like I chose a good reputable company that will be here for the long haul to maintain and service my unit in the future...

This company has our maintenance agreement, when our unit quit working we called Oasis. They came on a Saturday, it was 104 degrees, and did diagnostics. They could not repair it so they brought portable ac units. By Friday they installed a new hvac system. They did a tremendous job and cleaned up the mess. Michael and his group were great!

Couldn't be happier!! Replaced our 30+ yr old heat pump in very difficult and limited space. Efficient, professional and wonderfully pleasant and friendly crew. Highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC service. THANK YOU Oasis!
