    My family has been using John's for several years. They have professional techs who are knowledgeable. One of the things I, enjoy is that you are assigned a technician how does the routine maintenance and repairs. Knowing who is coming to the house adds a layer of familiarity and safety. When they do need send a different tech they let you know who it will be when setting the appointment. When the person is on the way to your house you receive an email with a photo of the technician who will be arriving. Gunnar is our regular tech; we recently worked with Cameron - both men are exceptional and work efficiently.

    We just got our A/C yearly maintenance and as usual we got the best quality service. We have had different technicians the past few years, and they all have been very professional. They explain in detail about the service they performed and happy to help us. We also bought a unit from them and had the best experience with this as well.

    Kevin came out to inspect my a/c. John's offered a smaller window for arrival so I didn't have to wait all morning. Kevin was prompt, professional and performed the tasks I requested. He offered an honest inspection report backed up by photos and recommended a cleaning. The price was fair and the job completed and guaranteed. John's and Kevin will be my "go to" folks in the future.

    There are two heat pumps at my house. John's crew replaced one a few years ago and did a fine job. When the other started acting up recently I asked them to take a look at it, and found that it, too would need replacing. I was hoping that it would only need something minor like the refrigerant topped off, but it turned out a fan was not operating and thus would cost quite a bit just to fix enough for a further diagnosis. I'm not really surprised as the heat pump was installed 19 years ago.

He was prompt, courteous, friendly and thorough in explaining what he'd be doing. He also clearly explained the results of the inspection and offered suggestions on how to keep my system running smoothly and efficiently.     Our water heater is prone to clogging and spewing water where it should not be (e.g., the floor). We've routinely gone to John's Heating for repairs and maintenance (for routine HVAC maintenance as well) and they've never let us down. They've always gotten someone to our place in a reasonable time and their people have always been highly friendly, professional/knowledgeable and efficient. Very good at explaining the importance (or lack) of various possible replacements or repairs and, particularly, explaining actions we can take to avoid future repairs.

    I have no hesitation in recommending them.

    Technician was pleasant , knowledgeable, and professional. Did a diagnostic of the outside unit and discussed his findings with me. Found nothing out of the ordinary and put my mind at ease. Cameron can do work for me anytime.

    We had Jason from John's Heating and Cooling out a few weeks ago for a pre-summer checkup. Scheduling was quick and easy, he was ontime and very thorough and professional. He answered all my questions and walked me through all the pictures he had taken of work he had done and overall items he reviewed.

    We had used John's to replace two nearly 20-year old systems last year and they have held up and run great with no issues at this nearly 1-yr checkup. We had a previous homes A/C system replaced as well by another company a few years before this and found that John's pricing for two vs one system and with inflation/supply chain prices to be excellent in comparison. Their sales person came out to help take measurements, verify the right size and solution was engineered, and then walked me through their decision making and if there were options/trade offs to decide on.

    Every time they send a technician out, you get a text/email with a picture of the person, a little bio, and can usually see where they are at so you can know when they will be there. Overall very happy with them, and thankful our neighbor referred us to them before.
