I dealt with both Damian and Shawn recently and both went above and beyond to work with me, made sure I understood what they needed to do/work required etc. Gave me several options. Everyone was so professional and nice. I would highly recommend them if you need AC work.

Just after our most recent 6 month inspection, something went awry with our heating system. Called Johns when we were unable to get heat functioning, and our tech Cameron came back the following day and found and fixed a wiring issue. We’re warm again! Thanks Cameron for the great service!

Had Kevin come out perform routine maintenance and inspection, there were a few items out of place on unit that made it inefficient showing the different on meter what it should compared to what my unit was doing very helpful. Validated my warranty and was able to get parts same day to complete service. Great service 5 stars through and through.
