Weather Masters

In the past we have used Weather Masters for plumbing work and have a maintenance plan for A/C service with them. In August of 2022 Weather Masters replaced our A/C heat pump and improved the ducking in our home. We are complete satisfied with their service and a big thank you to Mr. Keith Harris their service and installation manager.

Excellent communication from the start. Beginning with a text informing me of our appointment date/time. I also received a call the morning of by the technician Dwayne letting me know he was on his way. Dwayne was professional, courteous and cleaned up after himself. He explained his recommendations after our bi-annual tuneup without pressuring me. They have a VIP program that allows the customer to receive discounts on services and parts. Nice to have a contractor show up and one you can trust!

We needed all of our sink faucets replaced and Weather Masters did a great job!

We also wanted a water softener and Weather Masters installed one for us.

They have also come by to help with kitchen sink clogs and more.

They have always been very responsive and professional. I highly recommend Weather Masters!!!

Sam b came over to to look at old air conditioner and hot water heater..I decicid to to replace both..pricing was great ..very happy

Weathermasters is great to work with. Not only were they priced right, they were very responsive and direct in their communication. I appreciated that they talked me through the whole service call to know what I was to expect. They were very honest and transparent and that is very important.

We had Keith out to look at an airflow issue on an addition that was put on our house . He was very knowledgeable, thorough and got the job done ! Also he installed our Nest thermostat for us while he was here !
We also appreciate calling into the office and getting a live person… and one that you can hear the smile in her voice ! Allie is awesome !

Thank you to everyone at WeatherMasters! We have been using WM for a while now for our AC service and their technicians have always been prompt and professional. When our AC went out the other day, they sent someone out right away and got it repaired quickly. We are so thankful for their understanding of our situation and quick response!

Allie and guys at Weathermasters have taken good care of us. We remodel houses, and they always take care of all our hvac needs. They are on time, do amazing work, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
