Had Weather Master Inc. install my ac unit. They were on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do and very professional. I love the unit they installed and was pleased with all the communication with the office people. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing their service.

Weather Masters went far and above fixing our 40 year old gas furnace . Keith Harris was the the tech guy that came out. He spent many hours here and was determined to figure it out.

I don’t even have words to express how grateful I am. I rent and have had an ongoing plumbing issue since moving in 6 months ago. Every 2-3 weeks our drain clogs, the property management sends out a plumber, then 2-3 weeks later REPEAT! Today they FINALLY sent a new company and we got Dan. Dan was thorough and although when entering he initially said that house was old, cast iron pipes, sludge etc. But he actually took the time to dive DEEP and he solved this mystery! Thanks to his patience and attention to detail he uncovered our plumbing was not installed in compliance with code, in fact it’s been done horribly wrong and this is why no matter what we do, the pipes continue to drain. I’m so happy I literally have tears as I write this, I don’t think anyone knows how frustrating it is to not be able to use your kitchen, washing machine, and sometimes even the shower for multiple days every single month. We plan to buy when our lease is up and we absolutely come back to this company!

Called Weather Master on a warranty call when my unit stopped working. Chris was prompt to show up. Diagnosed the problem was my compressor, replaced it then found the other issues, repaired them and stayed into the night until the unit was working properly. Brandon also came out to help Chris when he needed it. Not once did I hear any excuses from them or any doubt that they would get the unit working. Both were very professional and hardworking people and they kept me informed as to what they were doing. Great job guys!

Love working with a company where I get to deal a guy who knows what he is talking about when it comes to my air conditioner. Super friendly and professional and I don't feel like I am receiving a forced sales pitch. Have had them out to my house a couple times and been completely happy with the experiences. 100% reccomend this company!

We've been using Weather Masters for several years now and are extremely pleased with all aspects of their service (Scott is awesome). This year we purchased a new A/C and the care & time all technicians took to install the unit & air handler (heater) was amazing....5 GOLD STARs AMAZING! After the unit had been running a week or so, they came back to make sure all was well and checked everything and returned again after 4-6 wks to make sure the unit was to our satisfaction; a technician (Keith) did the second check - another remarkable tech! A shout out to the office staff, Richard, Angel, Noel, Eddie for stellar customer service. Another bonus, best price in town as well You guys are the best!
